With 2.5 bathrooms, guests enjoy plenty of privacy and convenience. The welcoming atmosphere invites you to relax after a day of exploring. The open floorplan gives you space. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning, and take advantage of thoughtful touches like an iron for your wardrobe needs. Whether you're here for work or leisure, this fabulous townhome offers a cozy retreat. Enjoy your time in Houston at our townhome. Unit is being updated daily so you may see changes. Home is 4 mins from the galleria mall, 15 mins from nrg and downtown, 5 mins to freeway, close to lots of eatery and river oaks district shopping. Home is 3 stories. Be prepared to climb stairs :). Think of it as a workout ;). There will be no freezer access. Any doors closed/locked are not to be accessed. There are cameras on site. Woke outdoor and some indoor. The ones indoor can be unplugged once checked in and plugged back ones checking out. Id will be reverified by us upon arrival before check in instructions are fully released. You will need to send a photo of your id next to your face with location of listing in the background. No smoking! No pets!
