The Space:

Create unforgettable vacation memories in Florida's beautiful Santa Rosa Beach! This dog- and family-friendly home features a private pool, fenced back yard, a multi-tiered deck, and a location just across the road from the sparkling sand. Grab some coffee and start the day with a sunrise view of the Gulf from the upper deck, then step inside to the full kitchen to make some breakfast. Eat together at the dining room table or step outside to dine alfresco on the lower deck.



Spend the afternoon by the pool and fire up the grill for a family barbecue at night, then relax in the central AC with a little TV in the living room. More modern essentials include a private washer/dryer and free WiFi.



Other Things to Note:

To book this home, the primary guest must be 25 or older.



Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $50 per day (Only from October through April). Please request pool heating at least 48 hours prior to arrival to allow adequate time for the pool to reach the desired temperature.



Pets are welcome at this property for an additional pet fee of $200 per stay. Please add your pet during the booking process or contact us prior to arrival so the fee can be applied.
