Welcome to La Bella Vita (formerly "Rainbow Fish", a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beach home tucked away in the quiet, gated Sunrise Beach community in Santa Rosa Beach. This coastal retreat comfortably sleeps 8 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and two full beds in the third bedroom. The layout is ideal for families or small groups looking for convenience, comfort, and a true beachside escape.

Inside, you'll find new hardwood floors, fresh neutral tones, and a completely updated kitchen featuring new countertops, appliances, and even a Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker®. Coffee lovers can enjoy either a Keurig or standard drip coffee maker. The first floor includes a spacious living area with a 55” LG Smart TV, dining area, kitchen, and a half bath. Upstairs, two bedrooms connect to a shared balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

So easy

This property is so easy to get to beach, dining and shopping. The hot tub and pool were great for the little kids. The plug outlets in the bedrooms need to be replace as they won’t hold plugs in them so you have to use extension cords to plug in phones etc. the property managers were great in Responding to any issues we had. The little kids absolutely loved this place.
