The Space:

An excellent home base for your Miramar Beach adventures, this home sits only half a block from an access point to the white sand and emerald Gulf of Mexico. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, riding bikes, picnicking at local parks, and playing golf at the area's many renowned courses.



This home occupies the top floor of a two-level duplex, accessed by an exterior flight of stairs. After a day full of water sports at the beach, you'll be greeted by a covered, wrap-around balcony where you can unwind in Adirondack chairs and sip cold drinks in the sea breeze. You'll be in a private, gated community, providing privacy and controlled access.



Inside the home, find central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and an interior living space decorated in soft, soothing tones. There's a lovely living area with a cable TV with streaming capabilities, an adjacent dining area with a circular table, and a well-appointed kitchen with all the essential appliances.
