Text messages from host providing check in information came hours after we arrived. Directions to our complex were not well marked and the lobby was a ghost town with no employees available to assist us. The listing claims water access but there is no beach access. No mention in the listing of a shuttle service to the beach, (which would confirm that the complex is not beach side). Parking garage was extremely tight, and we drove a small compact SUV. Coffee pot was old school, which I would have been fine if coffee and filters had been provided. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and surrounding were well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was exactly as described and very clean. We used the coffee pot and toaster daily and loved being able to walk out of the sliding doors to sit outside. The only room for improvement is the pull out sofa was fine to sit on but not very sturdy once pulled out into a bed for our 2 kids. We made it work, and we all had a lovely stay!

At first, the access to the property may seem difficult, but in reality it isn't. Just entering the correct gate gives you direct access to the place, everything is very comfortable.

Location is the best!!

Its everything you can dream of, the pool , the tennis court, biking , kayaking, beach access and the Wharf are a few things that will make your stay incredible!! Highly recommend it.

Lovely property-Vacasa management is terrible

Beautiful property. I wouldn’t choose this unit again, only because it is managed by Vacasa. Communication is terrible.

Great location, room was fair, nothing great, wasn't very comfortable. Entrance to parking was awful, communication with host was horrible! Parking garage very small and compact!

Great Area - Walking Distance to Wharf

Parking situation was a little challenging...but once we received our text to pay extra for parking and receive the QR code, all was well. Room was exactly as portrayed online. Nice shower. Mattress was VERY firm...which is fine by me. The sheets were AMAZING...I want to know the brand name!!! It's about time for a furniture upgrade in the room, but overall, it was fine. The handle on the closet door is broken FYI.

disappointingly lacking furnishings

For the price, it was little more and sometimes less than a mediocore motel stay. There was an ice bucket but no ice cube trays for the freezer. No kleenex ,that a motel would have supplied. No cushions for the outdoor chairs. No dishwasher, no washer/dryer that was implied. I have stayed in motels with nicer sheets. It was dark and gloomy when the drapes were half open for privacy. Should have had 2 garbage containers 1 for bathroom and 1 for kitchenette. The unit was barebone minimum not the standard we are used to having in that area.
