Peaceful Ocean View Apartment at Four Paddles

This apartment is a peaceful escape while being conveniently located in the center of Waikiki, just steps away from world-class attractions. This unit features an open-concept living room and kitchen, private bedroom with king bed, full bath with in-unit washer & dryer, and a sunny lanai with al fresco dining.

Sleeps 2 guests and is located on the 21st floor. Elevators are available.

*Please note that this is a 30-day minimum rental, no switching of guests is allowed.

LIVING

Spacious open living area with ocean-view includes free wifi & central AC (throughout the entire unit), a comfortable reclining leather couch, coffee table, large flatscreen tv and private lanai access.

KITCHEN/DINING

Full kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kitchen island with seating for 3. The kitchen comes equipped with all the cooking equipment, dishware, drinkware, and utensils you could need. Bonus dedicated work station with compact table and office chair.

SLEEPING AREA

Private bedroom with ocean-view offers a king size bed (sleeps 2) with high-quality mattress, closet with mirrored doors, dresser, bedside table set and lamps, and small flatscreen tv.

BATH

Full bath with tub/shower combo and single sink vanity. Accessible from both the bedroom and the entry hallway. In-unit washer & dryer located inside hallway closet.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Private lanai with al fresco dining for 2 and gorgeous ocean view.

BUILDING AMENITIES

Our guests enjoy access to the amenities of the secured Four Paddles building, which includes 24/7 front desk/security, a spacious sundeck with sun loungers, pool, hot tub, BBQ area & picnic area, and a fitness center.

BUILDING REQUIREMENT: All guests staying in the condo must be registered before arrival.

PARKING

Our guests are free to utilize the unit’s one assigned, covered parking stall in the building's parking garage (oversized SUVs are not recommended).

Ideally located right on Kuhio Ave., the Four Paddles offers an incredible location at the heart of all Waikiki has to offer, including world-class dining and shopping. About a 10-minute walk to world-famous Waikiki beach and Fort DeRussy Beach Park, and an even shorter walk to International Marketplace, Royal Hawaiian Center, and so much more. Other nearby attractions include the Honolulu Zoo, Waikiki Aquarium, Diamond Head State Monument, Hawaii Convention Center, Ala Moana Center, and Ala Moana Beach Park.
