Anita's condo is set in the heart of Honolulu and the building is very well maintained. It has a beautiful roof top pool and common area with BBQs. It's a great place to meet fellow travelers or owners living in the building. We rented a car during our 2 weeks there and having a free parking spot is a definite bonus.The condo itself is very comfortable with 2 spacious rooms and bathrooms. Our family of 4 fit well in the space. It was air conditioned and a great place to relax after a day away exploring the island.One unexpected surprise in our apartment was cockroaches. When we checked in Anita explained that it was a common problem in Hawaii. As we progressed in our trip, we saw more and more of them in our kitchen and eventually in our bedroom and bathroom. We notified Anita and VRBO and an exterminator came to spray down the condo. We are thankful for Anita's prompt response to this issue. Hopefully, the issue has been resolved for future visitors.

The location is ideal for visiting O’ahu. Entry to the H-1 freeway, West or East is close at hand. The residents and admin at the building are friendly and helpful. Parking is a premium feature, and having a dedicated spot made coming and going a breeze. The onsite pool is large, warm, with depths suited to all ages, as well as both an adult and a child friendly jacuzzi. The unit itself was nicely sized, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. The spanking new oven took time to learn how to use, but we got the hang of it about the time we left.The furnishings are better suited to day visitors versus visiting families. The tall, square dining room table has 4 tall stools, rather than chairs. They are not comfortable. Neither is the sofa, which fronts a massive flatscreen tv. The unit is quiet, and the large windows makes for very bright rooms. This was a bit of a challenge for the 2nd bedroom, as the curtains do not fit, and cannot be closed. With sunrise occurring around 6am it forced very early wakeups. I hope that this gets resolved for future visits. The host, Anita, was pleasant and friendly, and responded quickly to the one concern that we raised to her…which turned out to be my own issue. I thought that the 2 buttons for the key fob were for each side of the garage gate, and the exit button wasn’t working, as it turned out, no button is required to leave the garage as the gate raises automatically once you’ve approached close enough to trigger it.

I truly appreciate your valuable feedback regarding the dining seating, sofa bed, and the curtains in the second bedroom. Guest comfort is very important to us, and your comments help us continue improving the experience for future visitors. Many homes in Hawaiʻi thoughtfully use space-saving furniture to maximize living space, but I completely understand that everyone has different comfort preferences. Beautiful Condo

The condominium itself, as well as the complex were both beautiful. We did have trouble sleeping due to the noise from the emergency vehicles and the speeding motorcycles during the late night and early morning hours.

Waikiki vacation

The condo was in a beautiful building. The pool and grilling area was quite large and nicely laid out with different depths in different pools. Very nice for the little children. The condo was as pictured and very central to many stores and restaurants in Waikiki in easy walking distance. Parking was in the building with very good security. Anita was easy to reach and responded very quickly to any questions.
