With a 7th floor Pool view, the 'Four Paddle' is a very private and secure residential building in the up-scale area of Waikiki, three blocks from the ocean/beach. It is centrally located among fine dining, casual restaurants, excellent shopping, and one block off Kalakaua the main avenue in Waikiki.

It has Central Air-conditioning, Washer & Dryer, WiFi, Cable TV, Free Long Distance, Cable Channels including Movie and Music Channels. It has 2 TV's, plus a King-size Simmons pillow-top Beautyrest bed, and bedroom blackout drapes. The Kitchen is fully equipped. Monthly rates available.

The 5th Floor Deck is an outside entertaining area with large pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Barbecue facilities, including refrigerator, food preparation area, and a covered area for outdoor dining.

The space and location were excellent for Waikiki. I loved that the host included a few nice touches (flowers in a vase upon arrival, and a closet full of beach chairs/umbrella/etc). This is a very nice place to stay and I would definitely stay again.I would like to point out that we did have a small issue while staying there (the dishwasher broke during our stay). The host did an excellent job of finding a plumber who would come out on an otherwise very busy holiday week. Thanks!

This is a beautiful property. No resort fees. Reserved parking in a covered garage. Secure building with security. Margo is an organized and attentive host. We were coming for our 25th wedding anniversary. There were pink roses waiting for us (my wife’s favorite). Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Private balcony. On the 5th floor, you have the recreation deck, which has a heated pool, hot tub, and propane grills for your grilling convenience. The location is prime. Walking distance to Waikiki Beach and a huge variety of restaurants. Well worth the stay!

Great condo! Appreciate the hospitality! Met Margo at the facility and to our surprise, we had a great fruit bowl, roses, champagne, and a Congratulations card for our wedding. This condo has everything you need during your stay...dishes, utensils, beach supplies...everything you need. The bed was comfy, shower great, and just a plush room...great for beides to get ready with her family/friends. Great location to beaxhes and shopping too!

Great condo in Waikiki

Clean and convenient. Beautiful condo in Waikiki. Margo was great to deal with. Parking included. You have all the appliances and cookware to make all your meals if needed. Highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect!

So happy we chose Margo’s condo. Communication was easy, she met us at the condo when we arrived with a beautiful fruit bowl and roses. The condo has everything you need for your stay from a well stocked kitchen to cleaning supplies, beach chairs, coolers. Towels and bedding are of good quality and the bed is super comfy. Thank you Margo, we will be back!

Great Waikiki Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo on our first trip to Hawaii. It was everything as advertised. It is a small one-bedroom which met our needs. The location was great, on a busy street in Waikiki, but quiet in the condo. The building is secure, with 24 hour security. We rented a car and parking was included in a gated garage. There are lots of good restaurants in walking distance. We only visited the beach a couple of times, but it is within a 10-15 minute walk. Margo was a great host. She met us in the lobby to check us in. We were greeted with a bouquet of fresh roses and a fresh fruit bowl. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some, including dishes, silverware and utensils. Amenities included a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, even a beach umbrella and beach chairs. Margo was available if we needed her for anything (we didn’t) but left us alone after checking us in. She gave us some great advice on places to eat and things to do in the neighborhood. I would gladly stay there again if I make it back to Honolulu.

Great Visit

Margo was a great host, she met us at the condo on arrival, there was a large bowl of fruit plus cheese and crackers for our enjoyment. The condo was very nice with 24 hour security and indoor parking. Our Kuerig coffee maker quit working, we notified Margo and a new one was delivered the next day. All in all a very nice vacation.

A special place

This is a very uniquely situated condominium. If you love Waikiki you will understand that location is a premium choice. Although small it is exceptionally appointed, super clean and very inviting. The owner is a wonderful person. We love this place.

Mom and daughter get away

Had received instructions from host to call when we arrived at the airport but weren’t able to get ahold of her for several hours so that was challenging. She was having phone issues. We went to Costco and waited and finally were able to check in around 3:00. The unit is true to the photos. Is a little dated and only real con is that the bathroom/shower area is very small. Margo is very gracious and we enjoyed the fruit bowl and flowers.

Very nice lady who greats you when you get there home was pretty clean but much cleaner now that I was there I have ocd so love cleaning but the place was amazing was perfect and we had a great time thank you

Perfect Week Long Getaway

Perfect place and location. Just one block from the main strip in Honolulu. Everything was within walking distance. Accommodations were perfect. Could not ask for anything better. Definitely coming back here in our next trip.

Could not better!

The condo is very well kept from top to bottom.. Checking in and, out was an easy process. Security is on site, and a key fob is needed upon entering the premises and gated parking garage. A picture is worth a thousand words as the online pictures are exactly what you get. The condo had everything that was listed, including a pool, which which can be seen from condo windows The property manager was just a phone call away.. Talk about location. We Stayed in Waikiki were everything was in walking distance. Shopping stores of all kinds from very high end names to every day stores.. Also the beach and restaurants were close by. There is a bus stop outside the building. You name it and it is withing walking distance. We rented a car and used twice in our eight day stay. The neighborhood was calm. There are three thoroughfares that run from side to side. Two or one way in each direction. The third one has lane going in both directions, and that is the street that this condo is located. When leasing/renting, remember location, location, location, which explains this condos location.. Overall the price paid for what we received was a value. We wish to thank the owner for allowing us to stay at the Four Paddle condos..

Wonderful condo and host

The condo is in an amazing location. Easy access and walking distance to everything on Waikiki. 5 minute walk to the Ross store for the ladies. LOL Margo met us at the condo and was a wonderful lady with a wealth of information. We wrote all of her suggestions of things to do down and did do every one of them. It was an outstanding vacation. The condo was very clean and well stocked with anything you would require in the kitchen etc. There is a store across the street (Island Market) that carries very basic groceries. The pool and event area is very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Margo's condo.

Great Condo in Honolulu

The owner, Margo, was a wonderful host, so thoughtful and caring. There was a bowl of fresh fruit and a bouquet of red roses in the condo upon our arrival. The condo is clean and well-maintained, and has a new washer/dryer unit, bedroom tv and dishwasher. There is a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress, and lots of towels and linens. It is well furnished with all the amenities for an extended stay. The pool has a pleasant deck area, with chairs and loungers. Everything you need for the beach was also supplied, i.e. backpack beach chairs, umbrella, and insulated coolers. There is a parking space that comes with the condo, which is convenient if renting a vehicle. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance to Waikiki Beach, downtown stores, shopping centres, restaurants, bus stops, markets, and the zoo. We highly recommend this accommodation and would definitely stay there again. It made for a very enjoyable vacation.

Great location. Close to bus stop. It situated on the main street, but very quiet at night.

Will definitely stay again. Host is thoughtful and generous. Beautiful flower and lots of fruit for us to enjoy. The location is very ideal. Custodian and security guards are very helpful.

Everything you need on Vacation & More

This is a wonderful property in a very desirable location. Margot is a great host and she has everything at the condo that you would think to bring and a lot more. We were greeted with a bowl of fresh fruit and flowers, a pleasant surprise. Condo is immaculate, and was well stocked with all necessary items. This included laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler for drinks and plenty of linens and towels. Short walk to all shopping and to the beach for swimming and beautiful sunsets. You will not be disappointed.
