You'll enjoy a location on the 14th floor, which means unobstructed views of the Gulf and the beach await. Prepare a savory breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen and then take everything to the furnished oceanfront balcony–it's the perfect place to enjoy your meals al fresco and with memorable views. Two ceiling fans and central air conditioning will keep you refreshed during your stay. There's no rush to head to the beach–you're on vacation, so feel free to unwind as much as you'd like on the snuggly sofa in the living area while watching TV or browsing on your phone. Guests who decide to book this beach abode will be granted access to a series of incredible shared amenities that include grills, an on-site putting green, two hot tubs (first floor and 10th floor), a fitness center, game room, an outdoor shower at the outside pool, and five resort-style pools for you to enjoy: a zero-edge family pool, a lagoon pool, a seasonally heated rooftop pool, a large island pool on the lake, and a kids' play pool with beach views. Beautiful and relaxing

It was a clean beautiful experience upon walking in. The listing was exactly what you get. Quiet comfortable area. Lots of space with the home away from home feeling. I definitely look forward to a future visit.

Beautiful resort

Stayed the weekend for a baseball tournament and unfortunately only got to sleep there’s and not actually enjoy the beautiful resort. There unfortunately was sand on the night stands and hair on the toilet when we got there. The worst part is paying for a cleaning service when it’s not clean upon arrival.

Terrible Stay - Dirty Condo and Bad Communication with Host

Our stay was terrible. Our condo was dirty when we arrived. The management company, Vacasa, kept promising that they would send someone in to re-clean but it never happened, despite us calling every day of our week long stay. The condo building itself is also dirty and in disrepair. PCB has plenty of other condo buildings…stay in one of those, NOT Laketown Wharf.
