The Space:

Make this charming condo the next destination for your family's beach vacation! Watch the Gulf waves roll in from the comfort of your private balcony with seating for four. Sliding glass doors lead back into the spacious living area with ample seating and a TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. Perch at the two-person kitchen bar, or grab a seat at the adjacent six-person dining table. Beach-inspired decor adds charm throughout the rental.



As part of the Gulf-front condo complex Water's Edge, guests will enjoy access to convenient beach access as well two beachfront shared pool (one heated seasonally). Surrounded by plenty of loungers to soak in the sun, the resort pools offer the perfect perch for leisurely afternoons.

Awesome place right on the beach

Loved this property! The pool was huge and the beach was right beyond that, I couldn't have asked for better accommodations and we will be back!!

We would recommend this condo to any family or families looking for a getaway to the Fort Walton area. Very clean and a nice kitchen to prepare meals. The kids had a great time splashing in pool. They also enjoyed spending time at the beach which was only steps away.

Great location, easy stay

Great place to stay for a few days with friends. A few things in the condo need updated/replaced, but all in all, it’s a great place.

So much storage!

Very pleased with proximity to each, views, chair service, kitchen storage, and room storage. The house was tidy, clutter-free, and comfortable. Disappointed with stocked supplies (ONE trash bag for our 3 night stay and no salt, pepper, or coffee filters).

lovely time overall

Pros: super quick access to pool and beach. Covered parking deck. Master king bed was very comfy, master soaking tub and master bath were spacious. Property was quiet during quiet hours. Property grounds staff were visible and friendly. Stairwells and elevators always smelled clean, grounds kept very clean. Responsive to reports of maintenance issues. Text message access to management. Nice to see Sea Turtle protection activities ongoing with crews roping off turtle nests.Cons: 3rd bedroom was much smaller than expected (probably my fault for not looking closer). Several minor maintenance issues all seemed to hit at once (handled quickly). Blender is on its last leg. Not enough toilet paper provided for the week. The dishwasher detergent powder provided by the property is the worst, so bring better stuff from home. Major construction currently taking place (june 2025) at the light at the bridge between FWB into Okaloosa Island. This looks like a very long term construction project and extremely heavy traffic should be expected year round for some time. It'll be nice when it's done. We used doordash a few times and delivery times were heavily impacted by the construction.
