We had a wonderful vacation! Being on the first floor with a few steps to the pool and close location to the beach was excellent. Appreciated having beach chairs and an umbrella, with an extra set stored at the condo. Easy walk to some restaurants, mini golf, and ice cream. Great communication with the host. Upon arrival, the floor lacked cleanliness. Would have been nice to have a deck of cards and/or some board games. Providing beach towels would have also been nice.

It is very unusual for guests at my condo to find anything that is not properly cleaned, so I will definitely relay your input to the cleaning crew and work with them to ensure any issues are corrected immediately. If fact, I wish that you had contacted me with any concerns about cleanliness as soon as you arrived at the condo. That way we could have resolved them immediately and also would have given the cleaners the opportunity to address any short-comings and to get clear feedback on what exactly was not up to standard. Again, I appreciate your feedback.

We always love staying at the Azure. Although this trip in general was different than we were expecting for personal reasons, the condo would have been perfect for our stay had it gone as planned. We did have a few noticeable issues at the beginning that we immediately communicated with Villy and she promptly responded and repaired what she could. It was a hindrance to not be able to use the main patio door that was broken because our 2 year old would be napping in the master bedroom in his port-a-crib and prevent us from going in and out during that 3 hour block, but there weren’t any available contractors to fix it right away and you can only control what you can control. The other minor issues were electrical and floor cleanliness at check-in, but neither impacted our short stay. The location is perfect on the first floor, straight out to the pool. The pool does have very strictly enforced rules which is a little annoying but understandable. We hope to be back sooner than later to try our trip again!

We had an amazing time in Fort Walton. Our Condo was as expected ….. beautiful and cozy, gate right out to pool and view of the ocean. Kitchen stocked very well with everything that we needed and more. The couches just need a deep clean but that could have most certainly been from the renters prior to us . Would definitely stay there again! Thank you to Villa for providing us a wonderful stay to make memories with our family

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive. Was a little nervous about losing a bracelet since it was so costly to replace but we managed to keep track of them. Had a wonderful time.

Family friendly condo at the beach!

Loved the location of this condo--perfect with a toddler, teenagers and even the "old folks." Having two master suites and three bathrooms worked perfectly.

Great location, walked right off the patio to the pool and the boardwalk from the pool patio is right at the beach. Lots to do and places to eat so close by. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. Pool staff did an amazing job every morning & evening. The condo is well kept, bed are comfortable and the parking garage proximity was ideal.
