The Space:

Located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, this magnificent high-rise is within walking distance to more than eight miles of unspoiled nature preserve. Enjoy spectacular views and luxurious interior appointments including baths with curved marble, garden tubs with whirlpool, ceramic tile, washer/dryer appliances and some units with wet bars.



You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

Make sure to pack extra toilet paper, paper towel and trash bags. Other wise everything was awesome!!!

Would definitely stay again!

Great views, a handful of restaurants & sweet treat options (ice cream, donuts, beignets) right across the street. Big, clean pool, friendly staff, generous room size.

Nice condo

Very nice location and view of the beach. The pool area is excellent as well. The room was spacious for our group of 8 people and the balcony was beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

Completely worth our money!

As a large family, we really enjoyed our stay. Our view was amazing, we were literally right on the beach, and the kids loved the pool. the condo was clean and ready for us before the specified check in time. We do plan on visiting again!

Great time. Condo was very nice. Loved the pool. Only complaint was the rusty shopping baskets used to put luggage in to bring to room.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was really nice, bit small in the kitchen but we made it work:) the pool was great! Loved that they have good security throughout the day. Only issue with the condo was that they did not supply any linen/bedding for the pull out sofa and I ended up having to purchase some myself.

Condition of condo

The building was well maintained. The condo was not. The furniture was old and dirty. The condo was also dirty. The floors weren’t clean. The linens were clean. I would not rent this unit again!

The unit is spacious and clean but the building is quite dated. The only two elevators took forever

The unit is nice, the building needs a bit of updating. Parking was terrible as well.

Clean and comfy. Good location.

Two swimming pools...Loved the heated pool! You need to be aware for this property, beach service is included in rent, but only two chairs and 1 umbrella are provided. Additional chairs are $13/day. You cannot use your own beach chairs and seating locations on the beach are reserved/assigned.

Love the Palacio

This is our 5th year in a row staying at the Palacio, but first in this particular unit. The beds were a bit hard, and the floorpan was smaller than the others we have stayed in before. Love the floors in the unit though (beautiful!), no carpet is best. Overall, we love the palacio!

Nice condo

The condo was clean and we enjoyed our stay. We were not given the gate code to park across the street or the code to get in the door after hours. Thankfully someone else let us in. There were no extra blankets in the condo. The toaster would not work.

Palacio 1205

The condo was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I always book a gulf front condo for the view and this one did not disappoint. The pool is large and I witnessed it being cleaned 3 times on our 4 day stay. There's also a lap pool and hot tub. The elevators were busy but fast. My only gripe would be the beach chair service, not the people working for the company, they were great. Everyone of course wants a front row set up next to the water, but that's impossible. There are only so many spots. As guest check out you move closer to the front, which in our case, ended up being our last day there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great location, poor communication

While the location and room were great, we will not stay with ResortQuest in the future. It was extremely difficult to contact anyone, even exercising extreme patience due to COVID. We did not have a Check-in packet upon arrival so no parking passes or wristbands for pool/beach (we had to make our own). When I called to inquire I was told I would be contacted. I called again the next morning and was told to “eat breakfast” because the front desk would open at 9. Unacceptable.
