Recently renovated from head to toe, Spinnaker 1D is a beachy retreat that will fill all the boxes of your next vacation! From the bright interior to the private balcony boasting ocean views, this home will charm each guest inside and out. Take a cup of coffee outside each morning and listen to the waves crash below. A good day doesn't start without a tasty breakfast, so hop into the full kitchen and whip up your favorite recipes with ease on modern appliances. In addition to 1,272 square feet of living space, this unit also offers a fireplace to cozy up beside on chillier nights. When everyone has had their fill of sandy toes and sun-kissed skin, the plush sectional sofa can accommodate everyone with ease for a movie night on the TV. Don't wait a minute longer, as this home away from home awaits you here in Perdido Key!



Spinnaker 1D is located in a low-density complex so you feel like you have your own private beach and oasis away from crowds. Enjoy watersports, mini-golf, and the array of nature trails at Perdido Key State Park and the Big Lagoon State Park. Spinnaker is just 17.8 miles from the culture and excitement of downtown Pensacola and just four miles from the local scene and adventures of Flora-Bama. Spinnaker 1D was perfect for our girls beach trip! The beach condo itself was absolutely perfect - beautiful location, great amenities, and exactly what we were looking for. Short walk to the beach. Unfortunately, the guest services experience didn’t live up to the rest of it - we found them to be unhelpful. Besides that, the condo & beach was perfect!

Excellent accommodations

We loved this condo. Very comfortable and clean. Beds were excellent. (Where can I buy the bed spread and blanket?) Soap and shampoo available in bathrooms was a nice perk. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great patio furniture. Thank you for a great vacation.

The place was beautiful!!!!

It was an all around great experience, besides a lady saying that we didn’t belong on the private beach, and that she was an owner until finding out we were renting at the property.

Lovely place with well stocked kitchen, on the beach. Newly remodeled and pristine. There is some road noise however as it is right off main thoroughfare.

Great spot for family beach vacation

Overall, great location and stay. A few small things would have made it better, like a few days’ of coffee service to get us started, salt and pepper and a few things in the kitchen, and an additional laundry pod given that we were required to wash the beach towels before departure, which used up the only laundry supplies that were included. The counter ice machine was a great add, but it did have an issue where it dumped out all over the floor when we used it. Other than those minor things, a great property and we hope to be back.

Spacious condo on the beach. Great kitchen and breezy decks with excellent furniture. Vacasa was not very responsive or customer focused, but the condo was great
