The Space:

Your trip to Gulf Shores with family or friends will be ideal with this conveniently located condo, featuring a shared pool and hot tub and walking distance to the beach. Other amenities include cable and a private washer/dryer.



Thirteen miles away you'll find Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Gulf Beach State Park, with picnic areas, boardwalks, dunes, and a fishing pier. Water views, boat launches, and concessions are available at Fort Morgan, only nine miles away, and Hummingbird Ziplining offers the longest course in Alabama. Hugh S. Branyon Backcountry Trail accommodates hiking and biking, and The Hot Spot has glass blowing demos by local artists.



Things to know:

Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna.

Some shared amenities may be subject to a small resort fee. Purchasing an amenities pass will grant access to amenities in the Plantation Dunes building and the Resort Conference building.

The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.

If you do not have your registration forms to present at check in, you will need to contact the Gulf Shores Office to pick them up. The guard shack cannot provide them for you.

Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.

The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

Access to resort amenities and parking areas may be limited.

The unit is accurately described and pictured. It is convenient to the beach and has all necessities. There was a cleanliness issue upon arrival which was handled quickly and professionally by the property manager, Vacasa.

Great place to stay!

The place was great! Clean, fully stocked with all the amenities you’d need. Recently updated furniture, great views of the gulf from the patio, living room and bedroom. Short (less than 5 minutes) walk to the beach from the unit via the boardwalk. Great location, family friendly. Adjacent property was under construction due to recent storm damage, so construction noise was pretty constant during the day, but didn’t really affect us. Enjoyed our stay, would stay again!

Would book again. Short walk to beach. Condo very clean. Had a very good time. Only downfall restaurants were a drive to get to. But wasn't a problem for us.

Overall fantastic

Everything was as expected and more. Beautiful view, close to beach, clean and just amazing. Only downside, bring your own cooking utensils, baking pans, frying pans. Only had two small skillets to cook for 4 people

Clean, quiet with nice pools and lovely beaches. The parking was great, well-lit, and safe. Great for kids and families. The kitchen area was in good condition. The washer/dryer unit was a godsend. The finishes were a bit dated, walls, and floors appeared worn with heavy use. The shower heads were poor as were the countertops in the bathrooms chips and the caulking was peeling. Overall good for the price.

Great condo... terrible beds

The condo was nice. We enjoyed the complex. The pools and beach were great. The only downside were the beds were TERRIBLE. Every mattress in the condo was extremely uncomfortable. We tried them all after the first night in the master room. Those definitely need to be replaced, but other than that, the condo was great and very enjoyable
