This corner home offers two balconies with commanding views of the water, private covered parking for your convenience, and a prime location near the center of town. Spend your days strolling on the beach and swimming in the shared outdoor pool, and your evenings curled up for a favorite movie on one of three flatscreen TVs.

This beachfront property sits just over half a mile west of Highway 59 and the heart of Gulf Shores, allowing you to visit The Hangout, Gulf Shores Shrimp Fest, Waterville USA, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf with ease. Gulf State Park is less than two miles east, where you can ride bikes, take long walks, or launch your kayak for a morning paddle. Seven miles northeast is The Wharf in Orange Beach - a beloved one-stop spot for shopping, movies, entertainment, and dining at restaurants that include STKBurger, The Sandshaker, and The Blind Tiger.

The air wasn’t working when we arrived but the customer service was prompt and had it fixed within the hour. However, we asked for the WiFi information and never received it. Also; we were right on the beach and could easily see right into the condo and it was missing the large blind right in the middle of the living room. We found the blind rolled up in a closet a few days later but did not attempt to put it up. And the beds were terribly uncomfortable. But the view was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Just wish the condo has been better kept. The check out process was super easy though.

Perfect Location

The location and view cannot be beat! The house was clean, fully stocked and had great access to the beach or pool. The property seems a little outdated and parking was tough for us because we had a big truck, but we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect place for two couples. Everything was perfect! Will definitely come back in the future. A grill and a water hose would be a nice addition.

Great property super close to beach

This condo is the perfect place to stay while on the beach. It had an amazing front balcony that’s perfect to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The walk to the beach is only a few feet and super easy to access. You are within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The pool was a fun place for the teenagers to hang out in the evening.

Beautiful condo with a view

Great view ! Beautiful decorations! Convenient to the beach and pool . Had lots of kitchen tools and equipments. Bathroom had a nice shower with safety handles.

Great stay close to beach

Close to beach with direct beach view. Place is nice with covered parking. Kitchen was small and off to itself. The two bedrooms are upstairs with two full bathrooms and one half bath room down stairs. Every one complained about the sheets too small, I had to pull them out from bottom of bed, they were just tucked way under mattress. All in all a good vacation spot.

40th anniversary getaway

This was amazing. Townhome was as described & perfect for 2 couples. Right on beach. Finding driveway was a little tricky since it was right after a stoplight. Quiet area. Weather turned a little cooler for 1st of November but was still comfortable since we came from Illinois. Hopefully we can stay again.

Nice location. RIGHT ON the beach with great beach views. Gulf shores is getting a little old and the hurricane didn’t help. We would stay in Orange Beach next time. There was no hair dryer or enough trash bags. Great price for location.

Amazing balcony gulf front view

We had a great week long stay in #40 and even extended our stay an extra day, because we just weren't quite ready to leave. We have stayed at Gulfside Townhomes 6 years now and we love that it is not a over crowded high rise condo. The pool is never over crowded and is nice to take a dip to cool off after a fun day on the beach. We also love how you park right under your townhome and you can leave your boogie boards, sand toys, floats, beach chairs, etc down there so you aren't bringing in more sand to your room. Excellent place to stay and perfect for families! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and convenient!!

We loved staying in unit 40 of Gulfside Townhomes! It is a beautiful unit. My family was very impressed and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ocean. It is a very accommodating unit. I just wish the weather had been cooperative with us. The only complaint I have is that we had to unstop two out of the three toilets several times. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
