Family friendly townhome with a nicely landscaped grassy courtyard in the center of the u-shaped complex and large in-ground pool, is hard to find just steps from the beach! Enjoy the convenience of a private Charcoal grill and comfortable chairs under the unit, with one of the largest beach side pools in Gulf Shores!
Recently updated, this 2 story unit will sleep 8 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 1150 square feet, and covered parking for 2 vehicles directly under the unit.
There is no one above or below you, just walk up 1 flight of stairs to the first floor with an open layout including living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, and laundry. Living room has a private balcony overlooking the large pool and grass courtyard with a beach view. The pool gate is literally two steps from our unit. You can watch your kids swim from our balconies!
There is also a queen size sofa sleeper and a 55" Smart TV. The Dining room table has comfortable seating for 6 people. The kitchen has updated cabinets, countertops, new sink and is fully stocked to meet all of your needs.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with its own private balcony overlooking the pool with a beach view, private bathroom, king size bed, sitting area, and 32" Smart TV.
The second bedroom also has it's own private bathroom, a queen bed, bunk beds, a pack-n-play available in the closet, and a 26" flat screen TV.
The bedrooms have new flooring and both bathrooms upstairs have been recently updated as well!
Our family has enjoyed Gulf Shores for many years - it's a place where you can enjoy all types of entertainment, unique shopping, and delicious local dining. For us, the main attraction is it's beautiful white-sand beaches where friends and family gather to enjoy the clear blue water and many exciting water activities.
