Relax and unwind in our newly updated modern beach home with stunning views of the waves and sand.

Our unit is a two bedroom townhome with the kind of beach views you dream of having while on vacation. This is a low density property, so if you are looking for something different than a high rise building come enjoy our little piece of heaven. This unit overlooks the pool and you can walk right out onto the gorgeous beach. You can peacefully rest with the sound of waves crashing on the soft white sandy beaches and enjoy your morning coffee with beach views on either of the balconies attached to the family room and master suite.

The decor of the townhome is clean and modern yet comfortable, it can accommodate up to 8 - with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a pull out couch in the living room. Free WiFi and Cable TV.

The main level includes:
*Living room with an electric fireplace, large TV with Roku, books, and games.
*A patio with table and chairs that overlooks the pool and beach.
*If you need the extra space there is a sleeper/sofa and privacy curtains in the living room that turns the space into a makeshift 3rd bedroom.
*Dining room has a large table where you can cook and eat your fresh catch or enjoy take out from all of the amazing restaurants Gulf Shoes has to offer.
* Brand new kitchen, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator.
* newly renovated 1/2 Bathroom
*heavy duty washer & dryer.
*beautiful new flooring

Upstairs you will find:
*Mater bedroom has a king size mattress with a newly renovated attached full bath, private patio that overlooks the courtyard and ocean, Pack-N-Play located in the closet, TV and large closet.
*Second bedroom with a queen bed, bunk beds and full en-suite bath that was just renovated winter of '23!

Under the unit is:
*Covered parking for 2 vehicles (additional parking located on either sides of the building)
*Hose to wash off sandy toes.
*Your own private BBQ grill.
*Deck box filled with beach toys and boogie boards as well as several beach chairs that are available for your use.

Gulfside is a 40 unit U-shaped complex that has a grass covered courtyard with a pool and direct beach access. It is centrally located, just a quick walk to The Hangout and Bahama Bobs as well as many other Gulf Shores favorites.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This place is beautiful! The space is nicely decorated and very clean and inviting, super functional and close to everything! We stayed here with our 6 children, our youngest being 6 months old. We could easily access the beach just steps outside our door and everything you need to enjoy your beach day is provided for you. When the kids were done playing in the waves they could enjoy the pool. Delicious restaurants and ice cream spots were in walking distance and when we would choose to drive some where it was never more than 15 minutes away. This place is perfect and we definitely plan to stay here again!

Great Views! Beautiful Townhouse! Very CLEAN!!

My family of six stayed here and had a great experience! This location has the best views and was very very CLEAN!! Check in/check out process was easy. I would definitely stay her again. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Neighbors were nice and friendly:)

Perfection!

This property was just as described and was immaculate! Squeaky clean with plenty of space for our family of 5. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing spring break vacation. Just steps away from the beach and an ocean view each morning was icing on the cake. Would definitely stay again!

Don't pass this one up!

This condo worked perfectly for our family. The convenience of the beach, pool, and restaurants made it even better. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Gulf Shores!
