I truly had the best vacation of my life here. So many wonderful memories and moments made here that I will cherish forever. The condo was spectacular. Clean, modern, & perfect. The view from our gigantic balcony was spectacular. The communication with the front desk and the management company was also outstanding. The location was prime- next to a ton of restaurants and within easy driving distance to anything you needed on vacation. Directly located on the beach and easy to walk onto directly from the condo building. We didn’t want to leave at the end of our vacation and were able to extend one day with no hassle. I can’t wait to come back and stay again!!

This was my second time to stay at the San Carlos condominiums, and both visits have been spectacular. We went down for a long weekend, and the location of the condo is great for walking to restaurants and shops. This condo was clean and comfortable, and we would consider staying there again.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for a long weekend and loved it!!! The location is perfect! We could walk to plenty of restaurants anything that we forgot or needed the store across the street (pricier but convenient). The building and grounds were always clean through the entire stay. The room was very clean when we arrived and it’s decorated beautifully. We enjoyed our long weekend stay and hope to stay here again soon!

Great Fall Stay

We had a great stay in the condo! We had plenty of room for the 5 of us and never felt crowded. Kitchen was well stocked, balcony was great for watching dolphins with morning coffee. Pool was cold, not the owners fault.

Fall break

Loved the location. The walk to the beach was easy. The condo was nice and clean. We booked thru Vacasa that charged a 50.00 parking pass for each car . That was a little much in my opinion.

Overall the condo was very nice and so was the view. If I had any comments it would be that you need comforters or better blankets for the beds. We ended up having to buy blankets at the store because they have less then even what a hotel has. I would also suggest adding plastic cups just because glass is risky and broken easily. There are no salt and pepper shakers and the little things you'd want to have if you are eating in. The other major complaint is that this condo does not have beach chairs that come with the condo and you have to pay to rent them which is $40 for day one and then $30 per day after that. It adds up. If these things were corrected I would definetly stay here every year for our beach trips.

Jennifer, thank you for sharing your experience, we're delighted that you thought our home was nice and that you enjoyed the view! That said, we apologize for the issues that detracted a bit from your stay and we shared your comments with the local manager. They assured us that they talked to the homeowner about adding some additional blankets and comforters for the beds. Also, they will ensure that there are some plastic cups in the home. To clarify, beach chairs are not a listed amenity for this home and we regret any misunderstanding. We hope you will allow us the chance to provide you with a truly exceptional vacation experience in the future.

We come to Gulf Shores about once a year and usually stay at San Carlos. Compared to the other condos, this property needs a little attention for some minor repairs. The location is amazing with plenty of restaurants nearby.
