Located in the center of Como in the immediate vicinity of Lake Como, you will find the modernly furnished vacation apartment "Central Vista Lago." Embedded in a uniquely beautiful mountain world, you can spend an unforgettable vacation in Como. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one for each room, and thus accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, fan and washing machine. A crib and high chair are also available upon request. On its private, covered terrace with garden furniture you can enjoy a view of the lake and the mountains. There you can plan a beautiful vacation day with a delicious breakfast or end it with a glass of Italian wine. Due to the central location, you can reach all amenities of daily needs in just a few minutes on foot, including a bakery (500 m), two grocery markets (950 m) and numerous cafes and restaurants (2-10 minutes walk). Boats will take you to any lakeside town from the harbor, just a 9-minute walk away. Lake Como offers a wide range of sports activities, especially water and mountain sports. Here, recreational athletes and active vacationers will get their money's worth.

This was absolutely perfect. A very well located flat which is super spacious and beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped and the balcony is to die for. The views of the lake are just spectacular. We were so well taken care of- highly recommend Roberta and Franco’s lovely hospitality.

Breathtaking view

We loved our stay in this property, the views were incredible, overall feels larger than what it looks in the pictures, it has charm of old Italy with right upgrades, location is great to all the amenities and ferry. The host was very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay.

Great Location, Great View

Couldn’t recommend this unit enough. Check in was easy, the unit is clean, has an incredible view of the lake and the town, a private terrace, and is a 5 minute walk away from all of the restaurants.

Wonderful view and location for a family vacation

Very nice apartment and pictures are very accurate. The view and usability of the balcony were wonderful. Good space for 4 adults, as family vacation with young adults. Only critique would be a refresh of some kitchen items, as we love to cook. Glassware and cutlery but this is a very minor critique. Wonderful location just to note on the road to Bellagio. This did not bother use but traffic noise may be an issue for some Would definitely stay again

Beautiful flat - friendly owner

Loved our stay in Como. Short walk to downtown and the ferries. Spent one rainy afternoon on the huge covered balcony watching the boats come and go. Would definitely stay again.

A perfect stay

My partner and I stayed here for our honeymoon for 5 days and absolutely loved it! The apartment is enormous. Typically when we’ve rented places, it seems like property owners over-promise and under-deliver and that was absolutely not the case here. Primary bedroom? Huge. Kitchen? So much space. Balcony? Spans almost the entire apartment! The view from almost every room is spectacular. Little things we loved about it: bed was firm but very comfortable, extra pillows and a blanket were easily found, AC in the bedroom works great, host is extremely responsive should you have any questions, kitchen has useful tools and a few basics, everything was super clean, comfortable large couch, walking distance to main Como area but far enough away so neighborhood is still quiet, WiFi works great, main bathroom is quite large, an all-in-one washer/dryer (which we’d never heard of), and a reserved parking space in the garage across the street! We’re currently staying at a place in Florence and are very much missing the apartment in Como!

Amazing space!

We loved staying at Frank's villa. He was very responsive and had everything we needed in order to have a successful vacation. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Lake Como.

Great location and views

The apartment is walking distance from cab stations, the ferries, and buses. We loved coming back from our adventures around Como to the views on the balcony. We had four adults though, which I don’t recommend. The second bedroom is a small pullout couch that is uncomfortable for anyone who is not a child. Two adults and up to two children would be a great fit for this place. There also isn’t A/C so I would not stay here in warmer months unless the A/C was turned on for guest use.

Ein ungewöhnlicher Platz

Ein sehr schöner Platz mit sehr großem Balkon und schönem Ausblick.Die Wohnung ist aber nicht ganz ruhig: Ausfallstraße hinter dem Haus und vom See starten viele Kleinflugzeuge... Die Garage ist groß und notwendig. Der Weg in die Stadt (Bahnhof, Zentrum und Seeufer mit vielen Lokalen) ist kurz und gut machbar! Gerne wieder!

Idéalement situé et appartement très bien équipé

Parfait pour visiter Milan (une heure de train station nord lago) et le Lac (une heure de car pour Menaggio et Bellagio). Tous les équipements utiles et même au-delà. Terrasse avec vue merveilleuse. Franco est très accommodant. Seul petit inconvénient : le second lit n'est pas très confortable pour des adultes.

Super Lage mit Aussicht

Die Bilder geben die Situation sehr gut wieder. Nicht abgebildet ist der sehr wichtige Stellplatz in einer Doppelgarage gegenüber des Objektes. Alle Räume sind sehr nett eingerichtet, die Küche ist vollständig bestückt. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr zentral und fussläufig ist man in ca 10 min im Zentrum, am Bootsausleger oder Bahnhof. Diese Lage hat aber auch den Nachteil des Lärms, der sowohl im abgedämpften Mass vom See herkommt, aber insbesondere von der Strasse. Das kleinere Zimmer mit dem angeschlossenen Duschbad ist daher nicht für jeden geeignet.

Great stay

Comfortable Apartment with Beautiful View
