House is absolutely amazing. Parking and access not so much. Parking rules not enforced with neighbors and had to climb a 5ft sand dune with luggage

Interior of the home is beautiful! The kitchen is huge and can accommodate many guests. The views are wonderful! Right on the water, with waves crashing just slightly under the home. The home was extremely clean and furniture was simple but nice. We really enjoyed our stay! The only issue we had was the lights did not work to the entrance of the home, and the staircase and beneath the house have absolutely no lights. So taking our dogs out at night we needed a flashlight to go down the staircase. Also we arrived at night and it was pitch black and had a hard time seeing where the stairs or door to the home were. We would stay again but definitely hope they add some exterior lights for safety.

I reported on this upon arrival. Steps to the house are unsafe. They are not level. They slope from back to front. Taking luggage and groceries up is very unsafe. Also, there is NO lighting on the steps at all AND the lights on each side of the entry door Did Not Work. Very uncomfortable!! Comfort of the inside of the house was excellent in the living area and kitchen area.None of the bedrooms had a small chest for a weekly worth of clothes and there was no luggage rack to put a suitcase on. The kitchen was well equipped with needed appliances, but there was not a working can opener and NO knives for chopping or slicing. Only steak knives.

We had a great time! The unit was exceptionally clean, and any questions once we arrived were answered quickly by the host. My only disappointment was with the online description. The description lists the unit as 4 bedroom and 4 bathrooms with toilet and shower. However, it actually has 3 full bathrooms and one partial bath (toilet only), so I had to do some rearranging with the planned sleeping arrangements. This won’t stop us from staying again. I just wish I had know upfront. The correct description is two bedrooms with king size beds, and each of these rooms has a full bathroom. Then there are two bedrooms with queen size beds that share a full bathroom all of which are upstairs. Downstairs there is a 1/2 bath with a toilet and sink only. Again, great home! We would love to stay again.

Beautiful property, the house was exceptionally clean. The only complaints were the door lock was not working and door knob was falling off also ice maker does not work. Listing does not state that parking is not up to or under house, it is off street, but still a walk to unload vehicle!
