House was great - well a appointed, updated, and right on the beach. Good communication with the host - very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great location!

Great property on an amazing location ... right on the beach!!! Enjoyed the sunrise and sunset view, right from the deck.m Great stay with friend and family for a group of 9.

A Grand time and a Great place!

One of the best properties we've been to out of many. Everything we needed, the property meet our family needs beautifully with plenty of room and and could not have been better.

Beautiful place. My bed was fabulous. All the toddlers slept. I loved it.

Great property, realtor was on top of anything we commented about. Only problem Dish network didn’t work.

Nice property

The property was nice and the management company was very responsive to any questions. One thing I forgot to mention in the property management survey was that the ice maker in the refrigerator was not working.

Nice house

Very nice house. Very close to beach. View of ocean covered with oil wells. Would not let us use the elevator . Took 2 days to get internet working.

Great location. We come to Dauphin island every year and this was a great spot. Had to wait a few days to get wifi working due to a storm the previous week, but the forced disconnect was almost welcomed. We let the property manager know about a few items for the inside of the house we hope they address to make this house a 5 star. Blinds in master bedrooms were missing/broken, you really need the option of curtains if you want to sleep past 6:30. White couches in a home with families and allowed pets (we don’t bring ours), while they feel good for aesthetic were stained and felt dirty. We love the big kitchen and it had plenty of serving ware for 8 people, it was lacking on pots/pans and larger bowls for cooking for large crowds. We did let the property manager know and they rushed over with another set for us, which was great! Overall a great vacation to relax and unwind.

Beautiful place

Pelicans Perch is a beautifully decorated spacious 4 bedroom 4 bath home right on the water. There were deck chairs on the large back porch area and ample exterior lighting .Towels and extra blankets were plentiful ( some even new!)The kitchen was well equipped! The living area had two sofas and 4 chairs -plenty of seating! Areas of concern - the driveway needs to be leveled or graded -the sand was quite thick in areas and we almost got stuck! ( And this was ON the driveway!)After a night of wind and rain ,Internet was down and we could not get it running again. No children were with us and we only had one more day of vacation so we were ok. This would have needed to be addressed if we were staying longer!It would have been helpful to have a TV channel guide in the home.I would certainly recommend this vacation home and plan to stay there again!

Great spot!! A few things to note…

Overall, our family loved our experience at this rental. We had ample space inside and out, great parking, and you cannot beat the proximity to the beach. My only other feedback is that it can definitely use some home maintenance in a few areas. Cabinet area Under the kitchen sink is pretty gross and needs a good deep clean, the towels and sheets all need to be updated, the blinds in the 2nd master are all broken and don’t work at all. We had no privacy from people on the porch or beach walkers at night. All of the The sliding door tracks need a good cleaning. They are pretty dirty. Again, these things did not affect our experience too much. However, I wouldn’t rent it again until these things are tended to.

Great Vacation!

Thanks for great vacation at the beach! The house was beautiful, the weather was perfect and the ocean was awesome! My new "happy place" is on the deck in the rocking chair looking at the ocean! Despite the virus restrictions we all relaxed and got rid of a lot of stress just hanging out at the beach. Would certainly rent it again-The Allman Clan

Amazing House with Great Location

The house was very clean and organized. We loved the spacious great room that opened out onto the large deck with table and chairs for dining as well as lounge chairs for relaxing. The location of the house right on the beach was the best part to watch the ocean as well as the sunrise and sunset each day.

Amazing experience at the nicest beach house in the island!

This place is beyond the pictures! It was immaculate and felt brand new! The design and layout is perfect, especially if you are splitting the house with another family and have little children. It was like a dream! We would love to go back and stay here again, this place has everything! The kitchen was perfect for preparing wonderful dinners and was easy to keep clean with all of the storage. You will not be disappointed! The weather was bad in the last day so some of the deck furniture got torn up and the power went out for a while but that was due to weather not the house. Overall, we would love to stay here again! Beautiful place!
