Poor quality accommodation, overpriced for the quality you get
The property is very tired, Formica kitchen units 20+ years old, very basic bedroom units and poorly maintained outside.
All the bathrooms need updating, old tiles, basic shower heads.
Mugs in kitchen just mixture of odd cups left by others. Most of cutlery rusty, marked. Inside kitchen drawers, various fitting rusty, paint peelings off window grills and outside walls.
Fencing around pool and porch area made is scaffolding poles with plastic netting attached.
Appears to be old residential property that has never been modernised, is now run for profit, only do maintenance when have to, such as several different styles of wardrobes, radiators, even towel rails, just replace when break, don’t match, update them at same time.
Quality of towels supplied very poor, old, very thin and had stains, marks on even when new ones delivered.
They are charging a high end price for villas in this area but you get poor quality fixtures and fitting.
Also need to be aware of noise. Property very close to beach, good, but can hear people/ families playing, shouting to each other from seating and car park noise as in regular use.
The Hotel at side of the restaurant that backs onto the property had children’s games/ disco and karaoke/ singers on most night to 10pm. The Restaurant that backs onto the pool area is currently closed but will also get more noise from that, especially given the entrance path passes the end of the pool area.
Very disappointed.
