We travled afar for events in Denver. Unfortunately, We were awakened by loud construction noise since 6:30 am. You can hear every foot step from hosts above. Wish we were notified construction would have been going on, or should have not been available for rent.

Host was responsive. Property was adequate for our needs. Clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfy. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Propery could use some TLC and upkeep (window blinds broken, front door out of whack, that kind of thing) . You need to bring soap, condiments for cooking, salt/pepper, foil, oil, etc. if you plan to make food. Convenient location. Oh, and this is no fault of the host, but the neighbor's dogs bark enthusiastically when you go on the patio. I love dogs, but just so you know. I guess the best comparison would be to a motel room. You need to bring what you will need.
