With a perfectly manicured outdoor terrace and a shimmering private swimming pool, this elegant home will help you make the most of Palm Desert's 350 days of annual sunshine. The backyard is a desert oasis, where palm trees, roses, bougainvillea, and a lemon tree surround the pool, a cascading waterfall feature, and an attached spa. You'll find plenty of shade to grill and dine alfresco, a firepit you can gather around each evening, and a beautiful indoor living space with vaulted ceilings, ample natural light, and a modern, stone-encased fireplace that perfectly sets the mood at night.

This home is located on a corner property a few minutes' drive from downtown Palm Desert and Rancho Mirage. El Paseo, the famous district of Palm Desert known for its high-end restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife, is three miles south, while Rancho Mirage's restaurant row at The River is two miles west. If you're a golfer, you'll have your pick of dozens of championship golf courses in the area; if you're a tennis enthusiast, time your visit for the BNP Paribas Open at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden six miles southeast.

THINGS TO KNOW
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights, with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

Beautiful Palm Desert stay

Easy booking process and felt so lucky to be staying in such a beautiful place for a very enjoyable bachelorette weekend! Wish we could’ve had early check in and late check out to enjoy it longer- but looking forward to when Covid is over and hopefully that’ll be a possibility again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home with Awesome Pool

If you are looking for a fun family getaway where you can splash the day away, this is the place! We chose this house for the pool - it looks exactly as it does in the listing photos. The home is spacious, well-stocked, and clean. The folks at the management company were kind and responsive to our needs. We had a couple of hiccups, as the landscapers and pool maintenance people were accidentally scheduled to be there during our stay, but the management company was super responsive and did right by us in the end. Would definitely recommend this house for your family staycation!

Best stay ever

This is the best stay i ever had ever since i started using home vacationals. Location was great, house perfect for 3 couples. I would definitely come back to this house.

A plush oasis

The pictures don’t do justice. Much better than expected. The home is very posh, spacious, has everything you need and the backyard is perfect. Waterfall pool, grill, hot tub and plenty of lounge chairs. This home really exceeded expectations. The only thing I have negative to say is check in was at 4pm (3pm is standard) which is later than I am use to and check out was at 10am which is earlier than expected (standard is 11am). CAnt wait to come back!

Palm Desert Retreat

This, on the whole, was a very nice enjoyable place for a Palm Desert retreat. We used the backyard/pool extensively. Vacasa was very responsive to our requests. As to the negs: some of the floor mats at the doors were filthy. The linens were very used and should have been changed. I could not get the cooktop to boil water. All this said, we were wanting to book the place again for next year the last week of April and first two weeks in May. These weeks are really part of the off season. Despite that the owners, I assume, wanted to raise the daily rate 34%. We were not willing to meet the new rate. Frankly, it was ridiculous. There are plenty of places available jist as nice or nicer for less money. Too bad. We would have rented it annually.

Spring Break 2021

I attempted To contact Vacasa a week in advance and was on hold for 30 min....gave up. Called back a day later.....on hold 45 minutes and gave up....(sent screen shots to them).......attempted to check in early.....no answer again. I showed up in Palm Springs and met a heaven breathing girl named Cindy who said she was “the only one working” and could not answer the question of checking in early. Cindy told me she would call back in 5-10 minutes and called me......an hour and 45 minutes later she called a back to let me know she could accommodate me at 2pm vs 4pm. We called immediately to ask if we could get a late check out......Vacasa finally answered the different number provided and told me that they could not accommodate “anything” that would be a late check out due to “COVID”. Interesting I did not get an answer before checking in....so basically you give up a day on the front end and a day on the back end........out 6 day vacation was actually 4 days. We had to go to the Hyatt in Palm Speings on our final day to enjoy a day at the pool at the cost of $100 + food. The house was a good fit. The only complaint is the paper towels and toilet paper were of the lowest quality imaginable. I was staying with my wife and two teenage daughters which did lot go over well. We wanted to treat the house as if it was our own, but the “super-thin” paper towels and toilet paper towels made it difficult to do so, This was our first ever stay in Desert Springs and plan to make it an annual trip for our family, but will not stay in this location due to the management company.....their communication....check in/check out policy......or overall customer service. I would rather work directly with an owner who has a vested interest in the property.

Beautiful pool!

The yard was very nice and the pool is beautiful. House is cozy and clean. Only complaint is the street noise as it sits on the corner of a busy street. Would be a 5 rating if on a quieter street.

90’s Desert pool house

Overall our stay was pleasant. Spacious house with a lot of home amenities. No can opener or Lysol wipes were found. Beds comfortable and tv size in each room was a bonus. Second day spa drained on its on luckily it was pool service day and he fixed it. I would put in pool description that it’s shallow only 5ft deep to avoid injuries. House very cold almost too cold we couldn’t turn it off with instructions. Not a bad problem to have in desert just an FYI. Backyard foliage could be manicured better. Any amount of wind I had to spend too much time skimming pool. Thank you!
