This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers 1,400 square feet of open-concept living space. The spacious living room is perfect for entertaining, unwinding with a good book, or enjoying your favorite show. The kitchen is fully equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, making it a breeze to prepare your favorite meals. Once you're done, savor your creations in the dedicated dining area, which boasts stunning views of the pool and surrounding mountains.
The primary bedroom is a tranquil retreat, featuring an ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, a spacious walk-in closet, and direct access to the pool deck. Both guest bedrooms offer comfortable queen-sized beds and ample storage, along with flat-screen smart TVs for your convenience.
Step outside and be greeted by unobstructed, panoramic views of the San Jacinto mountain range—free from power lines. The backyard is a true oasis, with plenty of lounge chairs around the sparkling pool, and a covered alfresco dining area to enjoy the ultimate Palm Springs lifestyle. Bring your favorite lawn games and relax in the hammock, or simply soak in the views.
Whether you're here to relax or explore, everything you need is within reach. The Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort is just a 5-minute drive away, and Demuth Park’s pickleball courts are nearby. A short 10-minute drive will take you to downtown Palm Springs, where you’ll find a variety of dining options, entertainment, and world-class shopping.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

A very pleasant stay. Jerry met us at the house to let us in and show us around a little bit. Very nicely maintained home, although the rugs could use some cleaning…easily remedied. Great kitchen, fully equipped with lots of extras.Love that you can drink water right out of the tap.The pool was fantastic. We paid extra to have it heated to 84. Well worth the money!The mid-century tiki atmosphere was right on. I will stay there again when I’m in Palm Springs.

It was in a great location with lots of stores close by. We enjoyed using the pool and the house was very clean and comfortable. We did not have a single complaint and would stay again in this home if we go back to Palm Springs.

The property was nice with lots of privacy. The home was decorated well and was comfortable. It was in a very nice quiet neighbourhood despite being close to a busy road. Jerry was very responsive and messages were answered promptly and politely. Nice place in Palm Springs to stay in my opinion.

Escape from Wyoming "spring"

Great location and great property

This was a great place to stay. The house was very well outfitted with great equipment in the kitchen etc. Location was great. Yard was a little lackluster but it had a pool which was the important part. Kids loved it.

Perfect stay in Palm Springs

Couldn’t have been better! Hosts were very responsive, made check-in easy and had thought of all the details in the welcome book. Really appreciated all the extra towels for the pool. We stayed with our adult daughter and elderly mom and everyone loved it! Would highly recommend the Aromic Tiki for a restful stay in Palm Springs!

A Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at the Atomic Tiki! The mid-century interior design is beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well supplied. The backyard and pool are beautiful with a nice view of the mountains to the west, and there was plenty of shade even on 100+ degree days. We hope we have the opportunity to stay there again soon.

Accommodations are excellent. The layout was perfect. We all liked your upgrades! Mid Century Modern is so Palm Springs. Great fun to relax in it for a few days. Plenty of towels for 6. The kitchen was well stocked but could use better tongs and outdoor plastic cups/small plastic bowls.

Beautiful place

Stayed for 5 nights with my best friend and my son. Inspired decor — even got some ideas for my house — fully outfitted kitchen. We bbq’ed and spent a lot of time in the pool. Temperature reached 112, but the ac kept us comfortable. Great location. Thanks for a memorable stay!!

We LOVED this beautiful property! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 (ages 2-38). The backyard was gorgeous! And we all enjoyed our time in the pool! Our only gripe was that the a/c wasn’t the greatest at keeping the house cool in the hot palm springs summer, but that wouldn’t deter us from staying here again.

A property and rental experience

Fantastic stay! The house was very clean, decorated in a fun way and spacious. The backyard is a show stopper and nicer than the pictures. We appreciated that they provided linens, plenty of towels and beach towels, hand soap and paper goods, and dish soap - nice details that made it so convenient since we flew in. Good communication and well organized check in with the manager. The house is on a quiet street and conveniently located. We would rent from this company again without hesitation.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

Atomic Tiki was just what we needed. The inside has everything you need including comfy beds and one of the bedrooms has a desk for those who can't quite get away from work. The kitchen is modern and open, and the bathrooms arenice. The very private backyard pool area is very relaxing and the neighborhood is quiet. Pulling up every day to the beautiful front yard (those huge yuccas!) started the relaxing mood right away.
