Recently updated, this luxurious, resort-styled home offers unobstructed lake views and generous indoor and outdoor living space for your entire family to enjoy. Inside this comfortable getaway, you'll find a newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, stainless steel gas cooktop, and a large island that's sure to inspire the chef in your group, plus a cozy living area with a smart flatscreen TV and a gas fireplace to set the mood with additional smart flatscreen TVs in the bedrooms as well. Outside, the property really comes alive with an incredible exterior living space with an island, stainless steel gas BBQ, a luxurious infinity pool with a spacious tanning deck, and pool spa with a cascading waterfall feature. Additionally, you'll find two crushed glass firepits (one poolside, and one lakefront) with built-in seating and stunning views plus numerous chaise lounges for visiting sun worshippers, and a new putting green!

Santo Tomas is a private, gated community built around a stunning nine-acre lake within a short drive of the airport, numerous restaurants, golf courses, El Paseo, the River, the Living Desert, casinos, hiking, and biking. Spend the day on Mt. San Jacinto via the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (just 15 miles away) where you will ascend to over 8,000 feet to experience breathtaking views of the Coachella Valley. For the more adventurous, head to Indian Canyons hiking trails (11 miles from your door) for a hike through the desert and to discover some spectacular waterfalls.

Truly Amazing Property!!!!

Being situated on the lake and soaking up the sunshine in this lovely quiet community is amazing. The house is beautiful inside and out. The pool and spa is icing on the cake!

Beyond Expectations

Property was absolutely gorgeous from the inside to the outside; pictures on-line do not do it justice! Had everything you could imagine and was exceptionally quiet and tranquil. Pam was absolutely wonderful when greeting me and the family. Had an issue with no cable for half the stay but Pam was very helpful---but who needs to TV with a private oasis! Everyone at Vacation Palm Springs was exceptional and should be commended for their superb customer service.

Everything, one of the best family vacations we've had in California. The layout of the house is spacious and comfortable. Loved all the high end appliances. Reservation Team were amazing! Pam was very helpful and kind and welcoming!

Perfect

My husband and I loved that the home was beautifully furnished and had everything we could ever need. We loved looking and being in the backyard with the infinity pool, looking down the lake and sitting by the firepit on the water and having dinner on the waterfront dock.
