The Space:

Welcome to your own private slice of Palm Springs paradise! This stunning vacation rental home boasts a beautiful open floor plan, tasteful midcentury modern decor, and bright, eye-catching colors that will make you feel right at home.



With 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 comfortable beds, and 4 modern bathrooms (3 of which are ensuite), this home has everything you need to accommodate a group of up to 8 guests. Each bedroom is uniquely decorated with its own personality and style, making it easy to find the perfect space to relax and unwind.



The large, fully-equipped kitchen is the perfect place to whip up a delicious meal, with all the necessary utensils and supplies provided for your convenience. Gather around the large dining table with family and friends for an unforgettable dining experience.



Step outside and you'll find a true desert oasis, complete with a private pool, spa, and outdoor seating area. The BBQ grill is perfect for cooking up some burgers or steaks, while the gas fire pit provides the perfect ambiance for a relaxing evening under the stars. And, if you're lucky, you may even be able to pick fresh grapefruits from the tree in the backyard!

Other Things to Note:

Heating the pool during cold months will be assessed at $60/day upon request. Please inform management that you would like the pool heated no later than 72 hours before your reservation. We can not accommodate turning the heat on after that. The pool is heated to 87-90 deg. Please request a lower temperature if needed. Due to the amount of time it takes to heat the pool, we can not heat the pool for only part of your stay. It is all or nothing.



The pool is an outdoor pool. Debris from the surrounding landscaping will make its way into the pool. It is impossible to prevent plant debris from getting into the pool. The pool is not considered to be dirty when plant debris is in the pool.

The home was a very nice layout. 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms was very comfortable. Nicely appointed and decorated nicely. We all enjoyed our stay together. We would stay here again. Beautiful huge backyard. Very private. Close to all attractions but nice and quiet.

The house was wonderful. Perfectly located, large, great for our whole group to collect and enjoy. Great clean house with everything you could want or need. Very close to downtown and easy to get around. Would stay here again!!

What a Find

Eight of us gathered for a reunion and couldn’t of had a better time at this place! Each couple have their own bathroom, which is a plus. It’s stylish and comfortable and clean. The pool and spa were lovely - if only the weather has been more cooperative😀 A+!

Family desert getaway

This property is beautiful and spacious, easily accommodating the 8 people that can stay. All rooms with en suite bath except for one still made things comfortable. Huge private yard with a very large pool (we paid to heat it and worth every penny) and oversized spa held all 7 of us no problem. The home is very well appointed and stocked. Heating the home at night was incredibly efficient. The check in process was simple and seamless and the property manager was incredibly attentive to our needs. Definitely will recommend and hope to stay here again!

a perfect getaway

i took my nieces and my nephew (ages 21, 17, 14) to palm springs for a quick getaway. the house was perfect. it was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and spacious. the kids loved having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. of course, we all loved the pool. regina was fabulous. she was welcoming and went out of her way to make sure that if we needed anything, she was available. it was a lovely stay.

Spacious property with great pool, hot tub, and fire pit

This house is wonderful. It is a four bedroom, four bathroom house as advertised, and all are very nice. The master is separate from the other rooms, which is great. The backyard is beautiful with views of the mountains and a hot tub that spills into the sizable pool. Lots of outdoor seating options and a fire pit and grill. I highly recommend!

Great property. Great pool and kitchen. Tasteful decor. Good location. Needed a slider fixed as it could not be locked.. The cleaning company used needs a reminder to clean better. I had great response from the owner and managers on this property. That could not have been better.

The perfect Palm Springs retreat!

We stayed here for a girls 40th birthday weekend, 8 of us and it was perfect! So well appointed and plenty of space! The pool and hot tub were fantastic, very private! The location was great, close to hiking, downtown, shops and restaurants. We will make this a yearly girls trip and stay here again. The house was clean, had everything we needed and the property manager was very responsive. We paid extra to have the pool heated and it was worth it with cooler temps first part of March. The home was the perfect retreat for a girls getaway!

Wonderful home, rude property managers

The house was fantastic. Beds were super comfortable and house was very clean and appointed with everything we needed. The noise rules were a bit over the top. Property managers were both rude and dismissive to my concerns. I personally emailed him to avoid posting this here, but his responses were downright rude. The contract did not match the posting so be sure to ask. I suggest to the owners to find a new property management representative. Local representative was wonderful.

Perfect House for a Girls Weekend

The house was exactly as described. Incredibly clean and was decorated nicely. Multiple TVs and a lot of space for a large party to space out. We had 8 girls and everyone slept comfortably, in a bed. We also loved there were 4 bathrooms, 2 of which were en-suites. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. Access to laundry was awesome. The pool and hot tub were nice. They have a beautiful lemon tree in the backyard they smells amazing. There is also a nice gas fire table, poolside and a ton of outdoor seating. The biggest negative are the noise rules, but that’s not the fault of the host. It just felt weird to sit by the pool without music, even during the day. They supply plenty of towels for the pool and showers, but we ended up washing some. The thermostat was also weird, it would never get cool inside, not sure if we were the only ones with trouble. But it was a beautiful weekend so we were able to open the doors. The house rep Regenia was the sweetest and took us around the house and showed us how to use the things we needed (spa heater, fire pit, etc) as well as the city rules. Your entire party will need to sign a contact for the city, so make sure your whole party is there when she arrives (she was there when we got there). Highly recommend this house. If I go back to Palm Springs, I will be staying here again.

A Very Nice House

We had a great time staying in this house. The music restrictions are quite severe but that's Palm Springs bylaws, not the owners. It was unfortunate having to listen to the booming base of the neighbouring houses though. The house is very well appointed and had most everything we needed. We did have some issues with the pool and spa but they were looked after by the owners in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again.

Well stocked, spacious home

Beautiful, well stocked home with a great flow and plenty of space. The landscaping is beautiful and adds to the gorgeous outdoor environment. Only downer was the pool was not cleaned until our last full day there and there was plenty of debris from a recent wind storm. While we were told absolutely no outdoor music was allowed, or expect a visit from code enforcement, the neighbor had a DJ that played heavy base music until 10pm that you could not only hear but feel. Apparently there are different rules for renters. In any event we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house for an enjoyable vacation.

Great group spot

This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Very clean - great outdoor space, pool was perfect temperature. The communication with the property manager was fantastic. One of the best houses I've been to recently - HIGHLY recommend and would 100% go back.
