BEDROOM 3 (Bob Hope Room): King bed, large closet, new 50" smart TV, direct access to outdoor lounge and fire pit, mountain views.

BEDROOM 4 (Garden Room): Queen bed, large closet, direct access to pool, spa, and backyard garden views.

This home also has extensive additional storage, and beautifully designed spa-like bathrooms will make your stay restful and rejuvenated. All new bedding, linens, bath towels and pool towels included.

South Palm Springs just minutes from downtown, the airport, shopping, eateries, coffee houses, grocery stores, hip hotels, famous architecture, casinos, museums, theaters, golf, hiking, biking and is an exceptional walking neighborhood. This area is made up of only single family homes with no adjacent hotels, motels, multi-unit (apartment) buildings, or busy streets so the area is extremely quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway!

An Owner's Booking Agreement must be signed and valid identification provided for booking confirmation. Please note, pool heating is OPTIONAL and may be arranged directly with the owner at $65/night. Spa heat is always included at no additional cost. Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to add pool heating (typically recommended between November and April).

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. We are in a quiet residential neighborhood which strictly observes respect for our neighbors and the Palm Springs noise ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm-8:00am.
