This newly updated townhouse has everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Main floor offers a large living area that is open to the kitchen and dining as well as a screened porch and a deck. Around the corner you will find your master suite with a brand-new mattress, blackout curtains as well as a private bath as well as another bedroom and full bath off the hallway. There is a little office space off the living room before you head up to the 3rd floor bedroom which is a loft style and has a full bath. The great room features not only a large living area (with a sleeper sofa) but also a small open area, with an office desk referred to as the 'library' (also with a sleeper sofa), that just adds to the open and airy feel of this charming property. Recent updates include stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen that includes everything from new cabinets, new washer & dryer, pots & pans, air fryer, and coffee maker, Keurig and grinder.

Loft Bedroom - New Queen bed with TV and private bath (Please note that the loft is open to the downstairs and there is no door at the top of the stairs)

Also included are some beach chairs and boogie boards, 2 baby gates, highchair as well as a pack-and-play.

There is designated parking for 2 vehicles plus overflow in the visitor area.

The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club (extra fee). Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, pickleball courts, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle (stop located right outside the unit by the stop sign. Shuttle runs every 30 mins) and clubhouse with restaurant.

Note: In order to use the Amenities (not including golf) renters MUST purchase an amenity pass prior to arrival for guests ages 4 and older. The fee is $65. You will receive the link to purchase the passes in your check-in procedures. Amenities include in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice.

Our cancellation policy states once booked, you will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent the week. If we are unable to re-rent the week, you will be liable for the full amount.
