**Charming 1-Bedroom 1st floor condo at Bradley on the Bay**

First-floor end unit at the highly sought-after Bradley on the Bay. Perfectly situated just one block from the beach. This cozy retreat offers a peaceful stay with easy access to all the best that the area has to offer. Whether you're here for relaxation or adventure, you'll love the unbeatable location.

Front porch chairs await your stay to provide comfort while enjoying the best sunsets in all of Ocean City.

One bedroom with a queen bed, twin over twin bunk beds, and one pack and play.

Bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a hair dryer.

Living room welcomes you with a smart tv, queen sleeper sofa bed, electric reclining chair, and a kitchen set for four.

Kitchen is fully stocked with a double oven, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer tower. There is a coffee pot and a Keurig for your convenience. The cold water in the sink and ice maker in the refrigerator is filtered.

Linens ARE provided.
Paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries are NOT provided.

There is one dedicated parking spot for this unit. There is a half spot that is shared another unit, which is on a first come first serve basis. If you arrive and someone is parked in our spot labeled 134, please see the resident manager in unit 116, building D. Parking passes are in the unit and MUST be displayed at all times. Failure to park in the designated spot or not have a pass on your dash, may result in towing at your expense.

Bradley on the Bay has a private small beach area, pool overlooking the Bay. Boat slips are available. There is a $150 fee that must be paid to the home owners association upon arrival.

Beach chairs and a body board are provided and located in the bedroom closet. Please rinse off and dry before returning to the unit.

CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 p.m.
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m.

Less than a ten minute walk to the beach (one block) and we are right beside the Convention Center. I

Coming down with your electric vehicle? There are electric car charging stations on the parking lot at the Convention Center (next door to our community.)

An adult 25 years or older is required to stay in the unit during the length of the rental.

Community rules:
No towels are to be hung off of balcony railings.
No animals are permitted
A parking pass must be displayed or you will be towed.
(Parking passes are in the unit.)
Community pool hours: 10 am to 8 pm from Memorial Day until the last weekend in September, weather permitting. All children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. This is a Maryland State Law. No lifeguards are provided, use at your own risk.

Other things to note
Bath, kitchen towels, and bed sheets ARE provided.

Please bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and toiletries. We ask that you not take our bath towels to the pool or beach.

There is a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. Please be sure to remove the lint from the dryer following any use.

The Convention Center is directly next door to our community. There are several electric car chargers there for your convenience. Currently, there is no charge for using these chargers. This is subject to change at the discretion of the City of Ocean City.
