Second Floor: Open concept main floor with a well equipped kitchen, bar area, living and dining room plus 2 decks (one overlooks the pool and pavilion and the other faces the front of the property), plus half bath.

Third Floor: Master bedroom with full bathroom and private deck plus 2 bedrooms (one with bunkbeds plus trundle and the other with a queen bed) and a shared full bathroom in hallway.

The gated Seaside Solis community incudes a large, heated pool and kid friendly splash pad. Several gas grills are centrally located as part of pavilion area with additional seating and outdoor TV. There is a spectacular view of the Friday night fireworks from the front facing decks. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and attractions. Beach carts, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach and pool toys are provided. Please bring your own towels (beach and bath) and linens.

To rent this property you will be required to sign a guest lease agreement and to abide by the property rules, policies and procedures outlined in the lease agreement.

Linens and towels not provided. Pack less and use a local rental companies. Host can provide recommendations.
