Three minutes from the lake dock and beach with room for everyone! Perfect home base between all major vineyards, orchards, wedding venues, Snake River, Lake Lowell and the Owyhees. Tons of beds with plenty of privacy and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. Fun bonus area with ping pong and arcade! Hot tub, basketball court, firepit, big backyard, and plenty of parking. Safe, quiet, country vibes but close to stores, downtown Caldwell, wedding venues, Nampa, and recreation areas.

The space
5 queen beds in 5 of the rooms. The remaining two rooms have 2 twin beds each for a total of 9 beds.

5 bathrooms, all with full showers and tubs. Two of the bathrooms are Jack and Jill shared between two of the rooms. One of the bathrooms is upstairs in the upstairs bedroom. One of the bathrooms is just off the main entrance to the house. One is in the master suite.
