Guest Access:

Guests will stay in a two bedroom condo suite with two private patio areas. Primary bath includes soaking tub and separate shower and there is a separate full second bathroom for convenience. Take a dip in the community swimming pool and spa that is open year round from 8am - 10pm daily.



Getting Around:

The Strip: Just a short Uber or drive away.

Chinatown & Dining: Minutes from some of the best off-Strip dining in the city.

Convenience: Easy access to grocery stores and shopping.



Other Things to Note:

Ground Floor Unit: Easy access with no stairs to climb.

Parking: There is a dedicated covered parking spot for the unit and complimentary guest parking on site.



Mail & Delivery Policy: For security and to avoid mail-forwarding issues, USPS mailbox access is not provided for stays under 6 months. Guests are prohibited from using this address for official mail forwarding or government documentation. For any necessary deliveries, please ensure they are sent via front door delivery (UPS/FedEx/Amazon) rather than USPS mail. For your convenience and the security of your items, we highly recommend using a nearby Amazon Locker or UPS Store for all packages. Mailbox access is strictly reserved for verified tenants with a signed lease of more than one month.
