With brand-new appliances, stylish finishes, and thoughtful details throughout, every inch of this space was designed to help you relax, unwind, and feel instantly on vacation. Right across the street from deeded beach access and ideally located in Gulf Shores, you’re just steps from the sand and minutes from everything the area has to offer. Deeded beach access is located just across the street clearly marked "Moonraker Beach Access" near the Seacrest Condominiums.

Inside, you’ll find a beautiful and cozy living area designed for comfort and relaxation. The living space features a plush queen sleeper sofa and chair—ideal for movie nights on the mounted TV after a sun-soaked day. The quartz-topped peninsula bar offers the perfect space for morning coffee or a casual dinner in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, smooth-top electric stove/oven, and microwave. You’ll find all the essentials stocked and ready, including cookware, dishes, and utensils. While there’s no dishwasher, the efficient setup makes cleanup quick—so you can spend more time at the beach or exploring town.

The bedroom offers a king sized bed for a restful stay. Step out onto your private balcony deck to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Perfect for sunrise coffee or unwinding under the evening sky. The full bathroom includes fresh linens and a tub/shower combo.

There’s no washer and dryer inside the unit, but a well-maintained onsite laundry room is available for guest use. You’ll also have access to the community outdoor pool and grilling area. Great for relaxing afternoons and easy dinners.

We also manage the units next door- Moonraker #3 and #5! These neighboring units are perfect if you’re traveling with friends or family who want to stay close, yet enjoy their own private space. Book both units for the ultimate group getaway or enjoy this cozy retreat all to yourself!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Please depart at/before 10 am CST on the last day of your reservation as per the Rental Agreement. No late checkout. Leave all linens on the beds, leave all towels in the bathroom.
Housekeeping will arrive shortly to inspect the unit and thereafter have the unit cleaned for the next guest. No late departures. Clean all dishes and put away. Don't leave the dishwasher running.
*If you use the sofa sleeper, please remove the linens and leave them on top of the sofa. Do not leave any food.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Booking is only CONFIRMED upon e-signed Rental Agreement within 24 hours, emailed after booking. Min age 25, proof is required.
MUST PURCHASE: Parking pass per vehicle, limit 2. Price subject to change. 4 PM arrival, 10 am departure. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.
Before departure: Place all garbage in trash. There is no trash pickup at the unit. Clean and put away all dishes before departure.

Amazing little spot!

The room was clean and close to the beach.it was smaller than expected. Our only complaint is no central a/c . The window unit in the bedroom was noisy at night but necessary to keep the room cool, also the window in the bedroom only had sheers so there’s no way to keep out the sunlight if you want to sleep in.
