Welcome to the Garlands Getaways, Sandy Seahorse Tower 3 #1013.

This stunningly remodeled beachfront two bedroom is in Tower 3 on the 10th floor where you'll enjoy a breathtaking view of the white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf Coast from the wall of floor to ceiling windows and private balcony.

We just completed a full remodel update of Sandy Seahorse with new flooring, counters, bathroom, bedding and more. It features 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is the ideal location for enjoying an amazing beach town (voted 3rd best in the US) and the Emerald Coast's white sand beaches (voted one of the top 10 MUST SEE in the world).

There is plenty of living space with ample comfortable seating, a dining area, and a stylish bar. A 52" smart TV adorns the wall with HD service.

The full-size kitchen is equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils as well as a blender, toaster, crockpot, and Keurig duo coffee pot. Also for your convenience: we provide starter amounts of soaps and paper products like tp, paper towels, and trash bags. (Please plan to bring/buy additional if your stay is longer than a couple of days.)

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, smart TV with streaming channels, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom features a king-size bed, smart TV with streaming channels, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and access to the 2nd full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

A queen sleeper sofa has an upgraded mattress plus a cozy bunk nook offers TVs on each level plus shelving for placing your personal items. A pack 'n' play is also available for babies/toddlers. The maximum occupancy is eight people (in five beds).

Our covered balcony features seating for enjoying your morning joe or the spectacular evening sunset. Also for your convenience: a private washer/dryer, high speed fiber WiFI, beach chairs (4) and beach towels are available for guest use.

Just outside the 24/7/365 manned-security-gates of the resort is a multitude of additional walkable restaurants--everything from NY style pizza to high-end seafood, an American eatery, a Cajun cafe, Mexican restaurant, and even a Subway and Waffle House.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $300 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

Amazing!

We had an absolutely wonderful three-month stay in this beautiful oceanfront condo. The space was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained—it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beach chairs and towels were such a thoughtful extra. Waking up to the ocean every day was incredible. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again!

This is a great little condo. Granddaughters loved the bunk beds with TVs. All beds were comfortable. Loved the provided beach towels & chairs. The kitchen is well stocked. The condo is well maintained and clean. We will definitely stay here again

Most Amazing View in a Beautiful Location

Our family has stayed at numerous locations over the years, and all have them have been wonderful. Sandy Seahorse, however, had the best view of any location (beach or mountain) at which we have stayed. The pictures are accurate, and the reality is even better. Dealing with the owners was a breeze and they were very pleasant and responsive. The Edgewater Resort is also a great location and was located in a great area and had all the amenities (grill/restaurant, pools, hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, and golf). We would definitely stay at the Sandy Seahorse again!

We just got back from this vacation and did want to leave. It had every thing you needed. Check in was easy especially with the parking pass already waiting on us. Our kid loved the bunk bed with the personal TV! We have stayed at Edgewater before but Tower 3 was the perfect location and so easy to get to the beach. Our host even had us checked in early during prime season. We can’t wait to go back!

Better than expected

I’m picky when it comes to wear I choose to stay on vacation. I was so impressed with every aspect of my stay . && the view was amazing!!! The glass window was icing on the cake. So clean… looked newly renovated. Worth the money and the communication with the host was seamless. I never leave reviews but this was worthy of my efforts lol

We are Dan and Michelle Garland and we love our lake/beach properties that we manage (with our good friend and co-host Megan) as Garlands Getaways. Our tight-knit family of 6 (+1 furry family member) lives in NE Atlanta and includes kids that range from high school to college plus two fun-loving parents who believe life by the water makes life in general better.

For a pampered vacation with all you need right on property, we believe Edgewater brings an already amazing vacation destination to a whole new level.

What makes this property unique

There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool, hot tub, and sundeck directly in front of Tower 3 (the only things separating you from the beach and the water) or step a few paces to the right and dip into the beachfront lagoon pool that is 11,500 square feet and surrounded by lush tropical foliage and waterfalls. There are plenty of pool loungers for relaxing by the pool or you can rent a set of VIP Lounge Chairs/Umbrella or a poolside Cabana with luxury amenities. The free kids splash pad and two additional hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders or Shakers bar.

Summer entertainment at Edgewater includes beach bonfires, kids activities like Hermit Crab races, a photo scavenger hunt, beach volleyball, dive-in movies, poolside DJs, karaoke and more! (Some events require a fee.)

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on the villa side along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf, plus high-tech fitness center. Golf has an additional fee for use, but the fitness center and all sport courts are available free of charge.

Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free tram service throughout the resort, and plenty of beach chairs, watersports and fun activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right at our property.
