The apartment is in need of remodeling and updating. The overall condition feels quite old, especially considering the price being charged. For the cost, I expected a more modern, comfortable, and well-maintained place. I hope the owner considers making some updates and renovations in the future.

Wonderful property.

My family and I have visited PCB for years but this was our first time staying at the Edgewater. This condo was absolutely beautiful. And the Edgewater had everything we were looking for in our vacation. Will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Lovely condo, just as pictured. Kitchen is well-supplied. View is awesome. Jared is a great host. We also enjoy Edgewater. Perfect locationfor us. Would stay again.

Superb condo

We would highly recommend this property! It was very clean and had everthing we needed for a great week in Panama City Beach. Jerod was very attentive and easy to get hold of. We would definately stay here again.

The property has a beautiful ocean view. The property owner was easy to contact with questions and quick to respond. The property was clean and well equipped with all needed for a relaxing vacation.

Great stay

The care of the condo, layout, and cleanliness were all excellent. The reasonable price and ease of access were appreciated. Although this building is slightly offset, there were no inconveniences for anything. Parking might have been better than trips in recent years to the same resort.

Location, location, location - breathtaking ocean views, easy access to the beach AND multiple pools to chose from throughout the resort property. The restaurant on property had good food and was very convenient right by the big pool area at the resort. Having a full 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit worked well for us. Property is nicely decorated with all the necessary and appreciated amenities (i.e. coffee maker). Tile floors everywhere (except living room and bedrooms). Closet and storage space great. Loved being a top floor unit. Unit is in Leeward building on the resort property which is in a relatively quiet area of the resort property. We liked that aspect. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within driving distance. The host immediately responded with the main issue we had upon arrival (balcony door was broken) and resolved with a workable solution. Not the owner’s issue, however one of two elevators in the building was not working, so there were delays in waiting for the elevator at times. Highly recommend giving this unit a try!!!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this unit at Edgewater. It was so nice not being in one of the taller buildings as all only have two elevators and it can take 45 min to an hour waiting for one. We enjoyed that this unit is in a smaller building with only 6 floors and never had issues with the elevators. It’s a very short easy walk over to the main pool and it was always nice to come come back to a quiet space where you could sit on your balcony and not hear everything going on at the pool. The unit had everything we needed for cooking and was very spacious for our family. I believe when I booked it showed that it had two king beds but the secondary bedroom now has a queen bed with a twin bunk on top which still worked great for our family. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Real Beachfront experience

If you want the real beach front, on the sand, experience., this is the place for you. The condo has a wall of windows that you feel like your right there from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. 2 master suites with big showers, nice towels and sheets. Good kitchen to prepare your own meals and easy get to restaurants if you don't want to. Bring your own coffee because none is supplied. and your own spices and oils. This complex has heated pools, which isn't always the case in the winter months. The executive golf course is pricey if you don't have your own cart. Think you will enjoy the place.

The host was very responsive and nice. The place was clean and had amazing views! Our family thoroughly enjoyed it. We have stayed at Edgewater several times and this was a very nice unit. We would stay here again.The only negative was we were given outdated beach gate codes, so I just wish that info was kept up to date. We ended up asking other people as they were entering the gate, so it wasn't too big of a deal, just a minor inconvenience.
