This fully furnished, newly decorated, spacious beach front condo is on the top floor with beautiful 6th-floor views of the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast. With your own private balcony, you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets of Panama City Beach in the evenings. With all the comforts of home, relax and forget about the real world while you enjoy the views and many amenities the resort has to offer. This 2 BR/2 BA unit is located in the Leeward Building of the Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort.

The open living, dining and kitchen area all overlook the Gulf of Mexico with balcony access from the living room. The kitchen features granite countertops and new appliances along with everything you need for cooking and preparing meals. There is also a washer and drier in the condo for your convenience.

The master suite features a king size bed, tv, and large private bath that includes a large glass walk-in shower and dual sinks. The junior suite also features a king-sized bed, tv and bathroom that includes a walk-in glass shower w/single sink. There is an additional roll away mattress in the closet.

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, offering a wide range of activities and amenities. The resort consists of 11 swimming pools (10 heated) and numerous hot tubs. The main lagoon pool is 11,500sf and its cascading waterfalls and tropical landscaping overlook the beach. If swimming and soaking in the hot tubs are not enough, the resort also has 10 tennis courts, basketball court, 3 pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, fitness center/exercise room, spa, and executive Par 3 golf course with pro shop (there will be additional fee/cost for service or access). There is a full-service restaurant and bar, Ocean's, where the outdoor seating has beautiful views of the beach. Edgie's Corner Market has ice cream and Starbucks coffee. For the kids and the adults there are pool side activities that consist of movies, live music and karaoke. There is also a dedicated area for the little ones in the kids' splash pad area. Going to the beach? You can rent chairs, wooden loungers, umbrellas, paddle boards, jet skis, parasailing and request family bonfires...!
