Our goal is simple: give you a clean, comfortable place where your whole crew can spread out and enjoy the trip.

Why they chose this property

We chose this spot because it's perfect for families. You're in a quiet, friendly residential neighborhood where kids can play and everyone can relax, but you're only about ten minutes from Clearwater Beach and close to restaurants, shops, and everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer. It's the kind of location where you can grill out on the patio all afternoon and still make it to the beach for sunset.

What makes this property unique

This house was set up for families and groups who actually want to spend time together. Three bedrooms sleep up to 10, the kids' room has bunk beds plus a PS5 and games, and the patio has a BBQ grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining for those nights when nobody wants to go inside. The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking, not just microwaving leftovers. We also have an on-site EV charger and two dedicated parking spaces. And because we're in the trades, everything in this home is maintained to a higher standard than your typical rental — the AC runs right, the water feels great, and nothing is falling apart.
