Feel right at home with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchen, outdoor grill, docks for fishing and your boat, Wifi and cable TV, washer/dryer, and garage parking.

Venture out to our world-famous white-sand beaches, great restaurants (including our pick for the best Grouper sandwich in Florida), charming shops, local fish-market, and colorful beach bars, all within a short walk.

The townhouse sleeps up to 10 people. There are 3 formal bedrooms on the third floor, each with a high-end queen size memory foam bed. To expand sleeping option for larger groups, there is a 4th full bed on the second floor next to the kitchen, and we can provide 3 roll out cots with linens upon request.

This Mediterranean-style townhome truly offers the best of the beach and the bay. The property is water front with absolutely stunning wide water views. Your backyard is the expansive Boca Ciega Bay and just a block away, in less than three minutes, you can walk to the beach with the beautiful white-sands that Redington Shores is famous for. With miles of sprawling beach and away from the large-chain hotels, you and your family will have plenty of room to enjoy the Gulf shore. When you are ready to change the pace, fish from private docks, enjoy water sports on the bay, or just sit back and enjoy the view. The bay is home to Florida's signature water birds and is frequently visited by dolphins. This particular combination of bay-front and beach access is unique to this location and cannot be found anywhere else in this area.

With more privacy than a condo complex, we welcome you to stay with us in comfort . We are continuously updating this town house. Our most recent updates include fresh paint, new curtains, and new high end washer and dryer.

On the third floor, the master bedroom is bay-facing with stunning views and its own private balcony. The master bath has a double vanity with granite countertops. There is a separate walk-in shower and a deep soaking-tub. Storage space is ample with a walk-in closet. Extra privacy is afforded by the landing which separates the master from the other two bedrooms. The washer and dryer are accessible from the landing for ideal convenience. The second bathroom is again finished with granite counter-tops and has a combination shower-bath. The second and third bedrooms face west with a partial ocean view.

The heart of the townhouse is the open layout of the second floor with beautiful bay views from the living room that opens onto the water-front balcony. The space is roomy for families and groups of friends. Guests stay connected with cable and Wifi available throughout the townhome. The formal dining space is complimented by a fully appointed kitchen where entertaining is made easy with a spacious functional layout, granite countertops, and dark hardwood cabinets. Next to the kitchen is a flexible space that can be used for breakfast or additional sleeping space for larger families or groups. There is a bathroom at the end of the kitchen with a shower-bath combination. Flooring is tile throughout the townhouse.

The ground floor features a bonus room and a 2-car garage. Sliding glass doors from the bonus room open up onto the back patio with a gas grill. Two docks are available for guest and resident use. The large bay is perfect for relaxing, fishing and water-sports.

There are several options for food and drinks within walking distance and some great fine dining within a short drive. John's Pass Village and Boardwalk is a short drive and has something for everyone with restaurants, entertainment, and beach-themed shops. One place that you don't want to miss is practically next door. Wahoo's may not look like much from the outside, but for an authentic fresh-off-the-boat grouper sandwich, this casual local bar is the place to go.

Good Times at Redington Beach

Great location as advertised. Short walk across the street and one block to a public access point for the beach. Great bay out back so water all around. Small children? Just a very short distance to well-marked pedestrian crossing with safety lights. We found traffic very respectful to the public crossing. Lack of 5th star? We have VRBO experience and I don't like to go cheap because it results in a nicer product. This house isn't as well appointed as others we have been in and certainly can sleep 15 but there isn't really furniture for lounge time. To the extent you aren't 100% beach people, you would find it difficult to gather in the family room/balconies due to limited seating (other than formal dining chairs). But don't let that stop you from renting this place. It was a good deal. Contract stipulated two car garage and there was ample room for two large cars (but don't think the parking pad outside the house is allowed for a third car). There is some off street parking and we found it available to use without much difficulty. A very lovely home but as a rental, it gets wear and tear so don't expect luxary. My coffee drinkers were disappointed with a 4 cup (closer to two cup for real coffee drinkers) coffee pot. Not sure how a much larger crowd would get by without a larger coffee maker. Depending on which unit you get, there is an operational sea food market and fisherman working right next door. They were very friendly and allowed us a close-up look at their operation. Kids would love it. If you stay in the master suite, prepare to be awakened by the loud diesel engines in the morning. They work early! I found their work enjoyable and went back to sleep enjoying the beautiful weather and cool ocean breezes. Don't pass this one up if you are looking in the area. Oh, and my wife doesn't mind cleaning up upon departure but broom sweeping this large house is a lot of work. An electric broom or sweeper would be a welcomed addition. And bring you hair dryers! Food? We ate in some but very much enjoyed the Seabreeze bar and grill just a block north and the Thai place just a block south. The Thai food was amazing (so we went twice). 2-3 blocks south, Kenny's Korner for good breakfast. Hope you enjoy was much as we did.

Loved the property and the location is beautiful.

We stayed here for two weeks and it was a a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and you get the best of both worlds with the innercoastal behind the house and the ocean in front with a beach access only steps away. We recommend renting paddle boards and going out of the dock behind the house. The caretaker/ maintenance man who lives next door was super helpful with helping us get the paddle boards in the water and on our way and he even brought us over a ladder to get into the water because it was low tide. The restaurants nearby the house were all excellent food and great atmosphere. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful home, great location that’s conveniently located to anything you would need or want to do including only 25 minute drive to Tampa as well!

Perfect waterfront family getaway!

I just returned from a 7 night stay with 9 other family members and although there were only three bedrooms with a set up queen bed. they provided an ample amount of cots. Sure the furniture is a bit dated and worn but we weren't there to critique home décor rather enjoy the area. Having a dock in the back yard was great( Caught a ray, small grouper and other small fish)and being a 1-2 minute walk to the beach was fantastic. I also really enjoyed the fish market literally next door. We'd go there for the fresh catch daily( Easy to cook on your grill in the backyard) and stone crab claws. Also Seabreeze restaurant ( great food, great view). Overall we had a great time!

Love the Florida gulf coast! My family has vacationed from 30-A down to Anna Maria. Love the area!

I'm giving three stars due to the condition of the condo upon arrival. As stated, we vacation on the gulf every year and have stayed in many rentals, I've always been pleased. When we arrived here, the unit was not clean. The area rug in the front room had clearly not been vacuumed, there was dust and hair up the stairs. Curtains were torn, walls were dirty, furniture damaged. Half eaten crackers in the garage, a partially deflated balloon left in a bedroom ( not a big deal but if the unit had been cleaned, this should have been seen). I did contact the property management and was told due to it being the end of the season, that's when they deal with issues with furniture and such. Understandable, the lack of cleanliness was not. We were offered a refund but had just arrived after a 15 hour drive and was not guaranteed finding another property, so we asked that the cleaning crew come back out to clean. They could not come out until Monday ( we arrived on Saturday) so I spent our first night cleaning, washing bedding and towels etc. I could not vacuum as there is no vacuum in the unit. Cleaning crew came back on Monday and vacuumed and cleaned. Once that was done, our stay was very enjoyable. The unit is spacious and we enjoyed being on the bay water and so close to the beach as well. My advice to the property owner would be to update the furniture, we did put blankets out on the sofas because they looked very worn and not very clean. overall, we had a great vacation but we didn't spend much time in the condo.

In additions to addressing maintenance issues, the unit has been freshly painted and has new window treatments with black out curtains in the master bedroom. Also upgraded this year include a new dishwasher and new washer and dryer in the laundry room."

This property is in a great location. The view of the inter coastal is excellent. Dock behind the Units, so if you have a kayak bring it!!! The beach is across the street 2-3 minute walk. Great local restaurants within walking distance and local Fish Market 3 doors down. Grill in back of unit so you can view inter coastal and smoke cigars while grilling...

Inside the decor, well is not Beachy more in the line of New York/New Jersey Groover Style so bring your Big Collar Silk Shirt and White Dress Shoes...Great Balconies for water and dolphin viewing, Vino sipping and yes cigar smoking. Units have front and back balconies so you have a street view as well.

Unit is very roomy, 3 bedrooms 2 Full Baths upstairs with good beds and in our unit a 4th bed (double) was off the kitchen not a separate room, but a Full Bath is off the Kitchen.

Parking for the Units, there are 6 is a little tricky, but the garage is deep enough for 2 vehicles, 2 SUVs. Also another room in front of garage, our unit had a ping pong table in that room, some units have pool tables. Sliding door in this room with small patio, grill and dock. Caught fish from dock, dock is roomy enough for 4-5 chairs. A Good Time Was Had By All!!!

Our family started welcoming guests to Redington Shores 40 years ago, and as of March 2016 we became the owners of this townhome and two other near-identical units, and are happy to extend the tradition of welcoming guests to the beach started by our grandparents. Long since gone, long-time locals may still remember the charm of the old Sinbad Motel owned by our grandparents from the time when going to the beach meant putting a family in the car, stopping at a place that felt right, and enjoying a care-free week at the water. Our guests can now experience the best of Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf beaches with over 2,600 square feet of Mediterranean-themed living space to call (vacation) home.
