1925 Restore Beach Cottage 100 steg till stranden perfekt för familjer!

Bara ombyggda 1925 strandstuga 100 steg från stranden. Pink Dolphin Cottage har Samsung Smart Stainless Steel-apparater, bänkskivor i granit med vitpärlade tallskåp. Familjer har haft dessa söta små hus sedan 1920-talet. Gamla Florida Key West Style-trädgården har träpartidäck, tenntakgazebo, Weber BBQ Grill, och är roligt och funky. Pink Dolphin Cottage har ett trädäck utanför köket med utsikt över trädgården. Inhägnad så att barn och husdjur kan springa runt. Detta hus kan sova upp till 7 gäster med Queen i privata masterbed, bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet, Murphy Wall-säng i mycket litet rum utanför köket, och två enkelsängar i litet veranda rum. Perfekt för familjer med massor av barn, men rekommenderas inte för 7 vuxna. 900 kvadratmeter luftkonditionerade vardagsrum.
Mindre än en veckas bokning måste vara dagen efter en bokad utcheckning eller dagliga hyror accepterade dagen före incheckning men inte en eller två dagar i mitten av veckan .. Fråga för dagliga bokningar.

Great stay

Easy check-in. Everything was just as the explanation on VRBO. Beds were comfortable. The cottage was an original from the 20s or 30s so it had old charm. You don’t find much of that these days. super convenient walk to the shops and beach. Would definitely come back and stay!

Great beach cottage - one of the last in Clearwater

Lovely small, old cottage duplex, comfy beds and bedding, and the common space is handy and pleasant. The host was engaged, helpful, and friendly.

Easter Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the property and enjoyed all of the walking distance attractions. You are so close to the beach and dozens of restaurants and bars. The cottage was a perfect home base for exploring Clearwater Beach. We’ll definitely be returning, this place is a gem!

We absolutely loved our stay in Clearwater Beach! The cottage was very cozy and clean, we loved the outside area to hang out in. Ginger was very friendly and helpful, Capt Al was excellent with accommodating us and answering questions

Wonderful

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. So close to the beach and great restaurants in walking distance. The cottage was very much our vibe with its unique vintage charm and character. So much better than a hotel room. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place close to the beach….

Walk everywhere you want extremely convenient to restaurants and the beach! Brought my 2 labs and they had a great time. They are 10 yrs old so the 1 level cottage was perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location!

Perfect cottage close to beach and town. Great amenities. Super friendly and helpful caretaker on site. Had one issue with noisy neighbor and Capt Al was right on it.

Rustic charm

This 1920’s beach house was gem in a sea of condos and high rises. If your family likes to spend every minute on the beach hunting for shells and sand dollars, this is the place for you!

Dolphin Cottage

The location of the property is great. Easy walking distance to the beach. The cottage is acceptable and we were comfortable. The property itself is a bit run down, but that didn’t affect our experience. Thank you Capt. Al and Gingerbread!

Loved our stay at Pink Dolphin

We were so pleased. Communication was great. It was perfect for our family of 6!! Our favorite was being able to have beach chairs and toys available to us with being so close to the beach!! Definitely recommend! No negatives! Thanks Capt. Al and Karen!

We Loved everything about the location, the cottage and Staff !

We found this cotrage online trying to do a Birthday weekend get together with our daughter and friend....the cottage was clean, adorable and literally 100ft from the beach. We all loved it ! The Capt provided everything for the beach ! We enjoyed the local stores,parks and we really enjoyed coming hone to our cottage. Thank you Capt Al for a great time.

Located in the Old Florida District, the Pink Dolphin Cottage is one of the last real beach cottages left on the beach side of Mandalay Ave. You can walk around and enjoy the Old Florida feel of Clearwater, before all the historic hotels were torn down for the new High Rise Hotels. This house is just 100 steps from the beach with other cute little houses . Here you can enjoy your own little beach house just steps from the beach. Clearwater Cottages District has been designated Old Florida District .

Less than a minute from the sand, you and the kids can walk back and forth to the beach all day with no streets to cross, no elevators to waste time in, and you won't need to dress up to go through the hotel lobby. And you wont have to walk down to the parking garage , punch the time ticket meter. You park right in front in front of your Cottage with free parking. You will save a ton feeding the kids in the your Gourmet Galley Kitchen, stainless steel refrigerators. Backyard has wood deck, tin roof gazebo and dining table.
