We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was very spacious, comfy and we found everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet yet close proximity to everything. One bit of a hitch during our stay but Jacqueline stayed in communication with us and made it right to our satisfaction.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Location was close to the bike trail and the pool was excellent to come back to after a long bike ride. We got in over 100 miles in 3 days riding. Jacqueline was very helpful and TrueType loved staying here Place we clean and comfortable and great area to stay around. Thanks

The place is wonderful and accommodated all of our needs. It’s in a great spot to several different beaches for a variety. Beautiful home! Very clean! Only down fall, was the mattress in the Master Suite. That is why I gave it a 4Star for overall.

Great place, honestly the photos don’t do the yard & lanai justice - it’s huge!! There’s also a beautiful waterfront trail right down the street. We had trouble with the keypad on the front door but they have a lockbox with a physical key so you really don’t even have to worry about that. The only thing I will say is the pillows are SO HARD! If you’re sensitive to things like that, maybe bring your own!

The pool was not clean and had a layer of algae that we could scrub off. Unfortunately, the pump was not working well and barely moving the water. I did contact the host who got back to me, however the pool looked no better the day after he ‘cleaned it’ and this was the day we were leaving. My kids would not swim in it, especially my daughter who has had a bad allergic reaction to algae in our pool at home before. Otherwise the house was very clean and comfortable and had most everything we needed. There weren’t any sheets though for the pull out sofa or for the futon.

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the pool during your stay. We remained in close communication and worked diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Following further inspection, the cause was identified as a foreign object obstructing the pool filter, which impacted its operation. Once discovered, the issue was immediately addressed. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re committed to ensuring everything is in excellent condition for our future guests.
