This charming equestrian themed property with full 2026 reno is centrally located to all Louisville's attractions: 10 min. from downtown, 15 min. to Churchill Downs & 15 min. to the KY Expo Center. Included are 3 bedrooms, with a king, queen, twin and crib. and 2.5 baths, one ensuite. Two living rooms on different floors one with a speakeasy polo theme complete with a fireplace finish out the indoor space and a back porch with Blackstone for outdoor entertainment top it off!
