Just a 10 minute stroll from the beach, El Nido Tropical is a spacious villa with 4 fully equipped apartments, perfect for large families, friends, or retreats. Hosting up to 16 guests, it offers both privacy and shared spaces—plus a rooftop hot tub for unforgettable island evenings. El Nido Tropical | Tropical Nest Hideaway is the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and island charm.

The space
The property has a total of 8 beds: 7 queen-size beds and 1 full-size bed. There are no sofa beds; however, one of the units has a large, comfortable sofa that is occasionally used for sleeping.

The property is a four-apartment building with an internal courtyard. It includes one studio, two two-bedroom apartments, and one three-bedroom apartment, plus a rooftop terrace for the exclusive use of your reservation. This setup offers a balance of privacy and shared spaces for your group. The apartments are usually rented individually, please feel free to view my other listings on my profile for reference.

Please note that there is no elevator in the building, and none of the apartments are on the ground floor. The studio is located on the first floor and offers an open layout with good accessibility; however, there is still one flight of stairs. The stairways are wide.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please dispose trash in the gray dumpsters at the corner of Calle Loíza & Calle del Río. Do not leave trash inside the unit. Thank you!
Lock the unit by pressing the Kwikset button on the keypad, drop keys in the lockbox before departure if used. Charge of $50 for lost keys.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
