Carlos and I have been married for 17 years but our love story spans more than 33 years. We live in the area with our 3 kids, our parents (blessed to have all four of them) and 13 chickens. We have been working in real estate since 2012 and started rehabbing properties of our own in 2016. For the past 10 years we have fix and flipped (whether to sale or to keep as rentals) over hundreds of properties in the Tampa Bay area . We focus on helping first time home buyers achieve their dream of homeownership through affordable housing, and also focus on helping military families with relocation, first responders, teachers, single mothers, law enforcement and healthcare professionals . We moved to the area from Miami back in 2010 and have absolutely loved living here. The town is surrounded by trees, and many local shops, venues, and restaurants that we love to support. We also found the most perfect home for us to accommodate our family of 9. Zephyrhills feels very central to the areas we commonly visit.

Our home has gone through an extreme makeover transformation . When we purchased it, the home had been well taken care of by the previous owner, but everything was original. Yes, 1955 original. We came in with love and dedication and turned this home into the beauty it is today. Everything, from top to bottom has been replaced : including all plumbing (to the main), electric, AC, ductwork, roof, windows, framing etc. From systems, to interior remodel, everything in the home went through an entire transformation which we hope you enjoy.
