Welcome to beautiful Ormond-by-the-Sea. This newly renovated oceanside bungalow is only a few steps to the ocean using your private path. Our area of beach does not allow vehicles so it is very safe for children. Watch pelicans and dolphins in the surf while sipping a glass of wine. View rockets from distant Cape Canaveral. Have you ever seen a sting ray break water? It's pretty cool! Wash away your worries in the outdoor shower. Close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of Daytona. Snowbirds welcome. Neptune Park is a private seaside community of 24 homes. This newly renovated beachside duplex is only steps to the ocean using your private path. We rent both sides of our home. The east side (ocean side) of our home is a 2bdrm/1 bath completely remodeled bungalow with 2 parking spaces. A modern, fully stocked kitchen with separate dining area. Central AC and heat with ceiling fans throughout. High speed Wifi, flat screen TV with Roku streaming to use with your subscriptions. Plenty of board games for your entertainment.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with closet and bedroom #2 has two XL twin beds with separate closets. All fresh linens and blankets are provided. There is a modern, walk in shower with toilet and vanity.

The laundry room has a washer and dryer with a separate, locked entrance and is shared with the other side. There are beach chairs, a beach cart, beach toys and boogie boards. Great surf fishing up and down the beach. Use the outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after a day at the beach.

The west side of our home is a 1bdrm/1 bath single occupancy apartment that we offer to traveling nurses looking for monthly rentals.

Dunkin Donuts, Brunos Pizza Parlor, Happy Coffee Company with live music, Horizons Bakery, DIY Dog Wash, Publix liquor, and Publix Supermarket are across the street for your convenience. Other great restaurants nearby. 25 mins from Daytona Speedway, 25 mins from airport, 25 mins to Flagler Beach, 90mins to Cape Canaveral.

Our beachside duplex is built for small families and is not available for large gatherings or large parties.

We rent the single occupancy west side to traveling nurses and the east side (oceanside) to couples and families.

Quiet hours 9pm-7am. Please be respectful of the neighbors; some live here year round. No smoking is allowed anywhere in or around the property. We allow a maximum of 4 persons for weekly rentals and 2 persons for monthly rentals.

Pet Policy:
We allow a maximum of 1 well behaved, housebroken fur baby. We are dog people but Pitbulls, Pitbull mixes, Rottweilers, Dobermans, and German Shepherds are not allowed. Fido must remain on a leash at all times while outside. Please pick up and discard all pet waste. This is a duplex so please be mindful of excessive barking. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.

Service Animals:
The U.S. Dept. of Justice under the ADA, defines a service animal as a dog individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.

Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person's disability. Emotional or Therapy support animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

Verification: Guests must be willing to confirm that their animal is required for a disability and explain the specific task the dog has been trained to perform. Service animals must be kept under control, either on a leash or through verbal commands.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their service animals and disposing of waste properly.
