9th floor condo, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Completely renovated top to bottom in 2015. Tastefully and comfortably decorated with all new furnishings including new memory foam matresses, hardwood flooring throughout the entire condo.
Master bedroom has king size bed and queen size pull out sofa, with walk out to large balcony. The views from bed are incredible. Large walk in closet and makeup vanity. The 2nd bedroom has two twin (full) beds. Each bedroom has a brand new 48 inch "Smart" T.V. High end linens and bed coverings.
Master bath with new vanity and fixtures and full bath tub/shower. 2nd bath with new vanity and fixtures with walk in shower.
Large kitchen with all the comforts of home, including all new stainless appliances. If you need it in the kitchen, you will find it here!

20 minutes to Daytona International Speedway, under an hour to Cape Canaveral, just over an hour to Orlando attractions, and St Augustine. Close to many top rated golf courses.
The Ormondy is friendly safe and secure. Walking distance to grocery/pharmacy, bars and bakeries/ coffee shops. County Lifeguard posted just 100 yards from the building on the beach for safe swimming. Many fine restaurants in the area as well.

My family spent a week at this condo and truly enjoyed our time. The condo was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for our 3 kids and my husband and me. Jim was very attentive and ensured our arrival and stay went smoothly. The condo has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and family games that we played at night. The beds were comfortable. This condo is a short drive to many attractions (within an hour) yet far enough away from busy areas that a family with kids can enjoy the beach. The building was secure and felt safe.
The only con was that when it gets really windy, the sliding glass door in the master bedroom whistles. Two nights were very windy and the noise was hard to sleep through. If you’re a light sleeper that could be an issue.

You will not be disappointed in this lovely condo with sweeping views and modern amenities. This is our second vacation here and the owners, Jim and Anna, continue to make improvements which only enhance your stay. Friendly building, heated pool and beautiful beaches make this the perfect vacation spot.
This unit gets an A+. It was exactly as shown in the pictures, owners were excellent to deal with , quality furnishings . Washer and dryer in the unit, Smart TVs, Internet , etc. Clear instructions for accessing the unit, Internet and tv. The building was very quiet. Already booked for another 2 weeks in 2019
This condo had everything we wanted and more! The unit is high quality and the location is superb! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful beach directly out the back door with a great pool. We appreciated having access to the beach chairs, coolers and beach towels. Other than clothes and food, there was nothing else we needed. Plenty of great restaurants and activities close by. Definitely recommend Hulls Seafood and Peach Valley Inn. We pray that we are able to come back.
Enjoyed our stay at this clean, lovely condominium unit. It was well equipped with all necessities and tastefully decorated. Also, located in a quieter, layed back area with grocery store in close proximity. The owners were very prompt in response to any questions and seemed genuinely willing to be sure everything was up to our expectations.
Beautiful and we'll maintained. Really liked the parking garage. Nice and secure.
