Beautiful house with lots of activities inside and out! Lovely view of the lake. Great host. Couldn't have been more impressed and happy! Everyone enjoyed their stay.
Owner never sent login instructions and cancelled our reservation we had made 6 months ago as we were standing in the driveway on the day of check in. We came from 3 hrs away from CT and had to scramble to find last minute accommodations. The owner’s contact information sent us to an outsourced property management who was not helpful and could only offer us a 2 night stay in a cabin miles away. He told us the home was triple booked. We then had to book an additional house to fit elderly parents, children and a toddler. I’ve been using VRBO for over ten years. This was unacceptable. Zero stars. Owner was unresponsive via the VRBO APPmessages.

Lack of communication
We checked in and at first glance the property was very nice, however, the toilets were not cleaned and the refrigerator was dirty with mold in one of the drawers. The house instructions said there was a thermostat in the kitchen and the fireplace had a thermostat on thee wall. We could not find either one of these. There was only one light in the master bedroom in a ceiling fan(ceilings were very high) and that did not work. I tried to contact the owner through the site and had no luck. I sent 2 text messages to the number given, no response. I received correspondence through the site from his management company. As requested I sent them pictures and described the issues. They were of no help, they just kept asking for more time to resolve the issues. I cleaned the refrigerator and the 3 toilets on the main floor. We did not use the half bathroom in the basement. In addition the owner charges an additional guest fee of $20.00 a night for over 5 guests but the listing says sleeps 8. I paid the fee because I was not sure how many would stay. With the heat issue we did not have additional guests stay. It was 3 adults both nights. I would like to be reimbursed for the cleaning fee and the additional guest fee as well as some compensation for the other issues with the house. I have rented for many years through VRBO and the lack of communication in this matter was unacceptable.
House is perfect for a friends weekend. Awesome view of Round Lake and close to downtown Saratoga. Very clean, spacious, and comfortable with lots of activities to keep busy. All around a fun place we hope to visit every year.
I’m originally from the area and came back for a visit. I wanted a place to stay so I could have friends over to catch up. This house was perfect. It is situated away from the congestion of Clifton Park and Saratoga yet only minutes from each. It is spotlessly clean, well thought out and stocked. Kayaks are supplied for the nice lake across the street. There are plenty of games for inside and out. It was a perfect retreat in a quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunrises and view of the lake. I want to return sometime with my grandsons. There is so much room and plenty to do. Highly recommend.
Grateful that I found this amazing property on such a short notice. The home is exceptional with views of the tranquil Round Lake Preserve. Our family enjoyed the complimentary Kayaks and the rollers to carry them to the lake. The house and yard is well kept and there are several areas to enjoy the lake - deck, firepit area and the yard! We also loved the ping pong and shuffle board amenities. Bathrooms are clean and we were thankful for the full size supplies!!
The area is very close to Saratoga Springs, Lake George (30 mins), Albany (20 mins)! Thank you for such a wonderful stay for our family. We hope to return.
Perfect house for a weekend getaway. The back patio and bocce ball court with views of the lake is tough to beat! Short drive to downtown Saratoga was really easy. Look forward to going back.
Ideal property for a group. Clean and well-kept. Property owner is responsive. Overlooks Round Lake, situated near a popular fishing spot. Built out bocce court and fire pit in the backyard. Not too far from downtown Saratoga Springs.
The property is exactly how it is described. Plenty of space for all guests and even with the rainy Memorial Day weekend weather, we really enjoyed our stay! The house has everything you need and the view is priceless. Vincent was a pleasure to work with and will definitely rent from him again in the future.
House is at a great location. Very clean and well supplied. Much to do rain or shine, kayaks, ping pong, bocce court and shuffle board. Host was outstanding and attentive.
