Situated on a quiet mediterranean styled gated community, close to the Disney World Theme Parks and attractions, with easy access to the fabulous beaches on the East and West coast and many fantastic golf courses. 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, games room, air conditioning throughout, private pool, the villa has a lovely view over a lawn retention area giving a good degree of privacy and receiving sun until dusk making it a great place to watch the amazing sunsets.

The single story villa includes 2 master bedrooms with en-suites bathrooms and 2 further twin bedded rooms which share a ‘Jack and Jill’ adjoining bathroom. This villa is fully air conditioned and perfect for one or two families, making this an ideal vacation rental home.

A well equipped kitchen, with dining table and breakfast bar, including all appliances of washer, dryer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal, fridge freezer, and cutlery and cooking utensils.

The outdoor pool area is extremely spacious with a full size pool which can be heated for an additional fee. The patio area is brick paved, with a covered lanai and eating area with outdoor seating.

The villa also has a games room with a pool table, table tennis table & dart board to keep the young and old entertained.

High Grove is located in a peaceful area 6 miles west of Walt Disney World where U.S. 192 meets HWY27. On site facilities include a fabulous clubhouse with a reception, gym, internet room, playroom, and a large communal heated pool and spa, all this is available for your use at no extra cost. There is even a British Bar just outside of the gates should you fancy a pint!

Please note:

This property is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, you will have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a small soap in each bathroom for your use. Any further items beyond this will need to be purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

* Pool heat can be added to your booking. There is a fee for this.
It may take 24 hrs+ for the pool to heat up.
Please note that pool pumps have a safety mechanism to prevent
overheating during cold weather conditions, when working. This
leads to a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump
can regain its functionality in a safe and efficient manner.
Please note the pool heater works via HEAT EXCHANGE system and might
not function properly with weather nearing freezing temperatures.
