Two-story home — main living areas (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) are on the top floor along with deck and patio; lower level includes bedroom 5 with private bathroom and the game room/lounge in the garage. Stairs inside and outside; all guests, especially children, should be aware.

Parking — No street parking available. Main driveway fits 4 vehicles comfortably, plus space for 2–3 more on the top driveway of the master bedroom entrance. Please message beforehand for instructions if more parking is needed.
