私たちのデュプレックスは、ビーチバンガローとファームシックの出会いの美学で2019年に改造されました。 各ユニットは個別にレンタルすることも、最大12人までグループでレンタルすることもできます。

PBデュプレックスは、ミッションベイから3ブロック、ビーチまで13ブロックという絶好のロケーションにあります。 12のビーチクルーザー（子供用のトレーラー1つ付き）+ビーチチェア/傘/タオル/おもちゃが含まれているので、PBの楽しいリラックスした雰囲気を楽しむために必要なものはすべて揃っています。

数え切れないほどの屋外アクティビティ、レストラン、バーが近くにあります！

これはPBの平和なエリアであり、あなたはヤシの木から鳥やそよ風のさえずりに目を覚ます。 フロントユニットの大きなデッキからは、ベイパークの景色を一望できます。

Great location to get to all our favorite San Diego spots. Very small but a great landing spot for a family who is out and about. Appreciated the washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, our stay was tainted by the host accusing us of removing and then charging us for the Roku, which was absolutely not true. I share in the hopes that this is not a consistent gimmick by the hosts to randomly charge additional fees. Advise guests to take an inventory of the location on arrival. We did not use the TV at all during our stay. Additionally the wrong code was given for Check-in leading to a delay in getting into the location.

Bicycling distance from the ocean

My husband and I, our adult children, and 2 young grandchildren really enjoyed our stay here. We rented the front and back duplex for several days. The front unit #1 has a very nice front porch area. We walked to the bay a couple blocks away and bicycled to the ocean about a mile away. There were lots of fun beach toys in the outside sheds and plenty of beach towels and other towels inside. The coffee provided was not fancy, but was abundant and we really enjoyed it. Parking at the ocean and at the Vrbo is a challenge, but we managed to squeeze 3 small cars into the designated parking in the back alley. Everything was nicely kept up. I had to communicate with the host on several occasions because our plans changed slightly. She was very helpful and gracious! Thank you so much!!!

Great for large families or groups

Having 2 of the exact spaces for 2 families (mine in one and my extended family in the other) allowed for us to all be together but still also have our own space. The patio was a great space for all of us to sit together to enjoy the evening. Having 2 parking spaces was very nice since street parking is rare. The location was to far for us to walk to the beach on beach day with all our stuff but close enough that allowed for morning walks down and back. We had a great time and enjoyed the space!

Amazing Host

Heather was an amazing host and extremely flexible and communicative. It was a very hot weekend when we stayed and they had extra fans shipped to the house. Definitely would recommend staying here. The house was very clean and well stocked.

So wonderful and easy!!

Our stay here was amazing! The owners were extremely accommodating regarding check-in and luggage storage after check out. Everything you could need for a stay in Pacific Beach is provided. Any question was answered promptly!

The beach cruisers with baskets and locks, along with the close proximity to Mission Bay Park (3 blocks away) mean that you are setup to explore all of Pacific and Mission Beaches and enjoy all they have to offer - like a local.
