Tons of room for a big group. Patio is a crowd pleaser. Can’t beat the location, particularly if you enjoy a walk along the water. Recommend!

Ginger was excellent and the communication was great! We had everything we needed for our stay. They had everything we needed for the beach. Fully stocked coffee bar. Even had a reading library with books. Tons of beach towels. You literally only need to bring your suitcases. And air conditioning was a plus.

Great Family Getaway!

Ginger and her property are absolutely amazing. She was so responsive and had the perfect touches for a fantastic family reunion. The property had more than enough comfortable spaces for each person, and you can't beat the location on a quiet street right off the beach. Thank you for being such a great host!

This property suited our family well. It had everything we needed for our stay, for the beach, and was near attractions. Ginger was in contact with us to ensure everything went smoothly. The s’mores kit was a huge hit!

Great for groups

This property was perfect for my group of 16. The 3 units wasn’t a problem at all for us and might have even been better. The location is impossible to beat. 20 steps from the sand with bars and restaurants all around. We walked everywhere in PB with ease. Beach toys were a really nice plus too. Quiet hours 10-8a in the community were easy to follow. Ginger and her son were so easy to work with and we would absolutely stay here again!!

Perfect location, comfortable home

We wanted to rent a large home for a large group us with space to hang out for a long weekend beach party birthday. This place delivered a wonderful and well appointed home just 25 paces from the boardwalk. The host was super friendly and helpful. The house is configured as three apartments giving us ample room to hang out. We cooked in for all our meals making use of the great kitchens and multiple outdoor grills. We used the surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs and the other bonuses the venue had to offer. The neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoyed hanging out on the spacious outdoor patio that is situated right on the beach access sidewalk, steps away from the beach. We brought a few Segways we had and the kids spent the days rolling around the awesome pacific beach and mission beach area. All our guests agreed that this was definitely the nicest vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in and we travel quite a bit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this very clean, well stocked beach house. Ginger and Kelly were extremely attentive and responded to any concerns we had. They left treat trays and s’more kits which everyone loved. We had a one year old in our group and they provided a high chair and pack and play which was nice not to have to transport our own. The parking was amazing with 4 spots for our vehicles. We loved all the beach gear that was provided and the kitchens were extremely well stocked. Our favorite was the patio with lots of seating, shade, barbecue and fire pit. We can’t wait to come back to this perfect location.
